Un appartement où nous avons été à notre aise
Très bon accueil, le propriétaire est polyglotte, c'est un avantage lorsque l'on pèche un peu en espagnol.
L'appartement est très propre, bien équipé. Une terrasse royale avec vue imprenable sur la belle crique de Cala Llombards.
La plage est rapidement accessible. Avec un gros plus pour la douche extérieure à notre retour de la plage.
Pas de soucis pour garer sa voiture, il y a une cour avec beaucoup de places.
L'environnement est calme le matin et le soir, on est bien loin des stations balnéaires bondées.Un peu de monde en journée, ,normal cette crique est un joyau.
Un café,deux superettes accessible à pieds . Il faut aller chercher les hyper à Santanyi, quelques kilomètres plus loin.Aucun problème de circulation : en plein mois d'aout, c'était très fluide.
Que du bonheur ces vacances !

Tolle Lage, nette Vermieter, tolle Terrasse, verschimmeltes Bad, dreckige Küche, kein WLAN
In Cala Llombards war uns von früheren Aufenthalten die wunderbar gelegende Villa schon aufgefallen. Man kann keinen schöneren Blick und keine bessere und ruhigere Lage zum Meer wünschen.
Ich wurde von der sehr freundlichen Vermieterin in Empfang genommen. Es stand eine Obstschale und eine Flasche Wein parat, was supernett war. Ich bin bei Regenwetter und Temperaturen unter 20 Grad angereist, so dass durch die Fußbodenheizung geheizt wurde. Ich wurde gebeten die Wohnung wegen der Kälte geschlossen zu halten.
Ich muss gestehen, dass ich fast wieder rückwärts rausgegangen bin, denn der Schimmelgestank war wirklich unerträglich. Ich habe alles aufgerissen und schnell die Quelle des Geruchs entdeckt. Es war im Bad. Dort ist eine tolle Hightech -Dusche eingebaut, die leider total verschimmelt ist.(ich habe Fotos gemacht). Boden und von außen sichtbare Flächen waren piccobello sauber, doch war dreckiges Geschirr von den Vormietern im Schrank, jede Schublade in Küche und Bad war einfach nur ekelig dreckig, so dass ich z.B. meine Sachen nicht in die Schubladen im Bad deponieren wollte (Körperhaare etc.). Auch der Kühlschrank und das Gefrierfach waren verschmutzt.
Ich bin keineswegs Sauberkeitfanatiker, doch habe ich die ersten beiden Tage damit verbracht, alles zumindest halbwegs nutzbar zu machen. Ich habe die ganze Zeit immer das gleiche von mir abgewaschene Geschirr genutzt, weil ich es irgendwie auch nicht einsehe eine Arbeit zu verrichten, für die jeder Mieter eine Endreinigungsgebühr zahlt , die dann allerdings nur auf der Oberfläche ausgeführt wird.
Sehr schade fand ich auch, dass keinerlei Nebenausstattung in der Küche war. Ich habe alles, über Salz, Pfeffer, Gewürze, Essig, Öl, Küchentücher etc. eingekauft, was bis zum nächsten Mieter bestimmt alles wieder ausgeräumt wird. Ich war jetzt das 7. mal auf Mallorca, habe fast immer privat gemietet und grade in den Ferienwohnungen und Häusern, die vom Besitzer selbst genutzt wurden, habe ich Ähnliches wie oben geschildert nie erlebt. Immer gab es in der Küche ein Mini Grundaustattung und Fehlendes wurde vom nächsten Mieter ergänzt, aufgefüllt und dort gelassen.
Leider ging der Fernseher erst nicht, die eine Fernbedienung war trotz Austausch der Batterien, komplett nicht nutzbar.
WLAN ging mit dem Verstärker (kein router in der Wohnung) genau einmal, dann war es nicht mehr möglich (IP Adresse kann nicht erkannt werden). Sehr schade, denn dies hat bei mir zu erhöhten Handykosten geführt.
