Excellent position lovely staff

A family of five- our children are now three young adults for a week, had a very good holiday. Two beaches easy walking distance, lots of restaurants and a supermarket. Good buffet breakfast and very helpful friendly staff. A very relaxed atmosphere and restful. Easy to catch the bus to Siam Park or be picked up to go to the volcano. Pleasant walks around the peninsular to view Los Gigantes. Lovely sea view from the apartment. Shuttle from the airport delivered us to the door.

Conveniently placed hotel

We stayed in one of the apartment rooms which enabled us the flexibility of preparing own food if necessary, we had breakfast included. This hotel was conveniently located for all facilities Puerto De Santiago had to offer, very short walk to supermarket, car hire company, range of restaurants and coastal walk to Los Gigantes. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent offering a wide range of options which changed regularly. The air conditioned room was spotlessly clean and spacious, we stayed as a family of 4, towels and bedding changed regularly. The only negative about the room was the beds were very hard but that is the only negative we had about our stay, The fourth floor swimming pool and bar area were also spotlessly clean with a fantastic view across the sea.

Excellent place to stay in an excellent location

Extensive choice at breakfast, both cooked and continental. Buffet evening meal was good value for money. We would certainly use this hotel if we are back in the area. The one thing we would have liked was a more secure area to leave cases after checking out if we have a late pickup.

Great Hotel, Perfect Location!

Our stay at Hotel Dragos del Sur could not have been better. We had a gorgeous view of the ocean. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, suggesting activities and the best way to get around. Hotel was a 5 minute walk from two different beaches and a 15 minute walk to a natural pool with a gorgeous view of Los Gigantes. Easy access to great activities such as visiting Mt.Tiede or the Masca Trail (could walk back to the hotel from where the boat drops you off). For the rate, this hotel exceeded all of our expectations. Room was nice and had plenty of space. Pool deck was gorgeous for the times we did not feel like going to the beach. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

We booked a sea view. Lovely large apartment with plenty of parking around the area. Free WiFi was great. You have to pay a deposit for hair dryer which was fine. The staff was also very helpful.

Nice hotel, quiet area, excellent staff.

Arrived late, given wrong room - this was noted and corrected the next day. Only 4 hangars in wardrobes, again dealt with quickly. Any questions were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Hotel was clean and comfortable, staff worked hard constantly to achieve this. Nice area, supermarket close by and also bars and restaurants. Noise was stopped at midnight. The bus service was efficient, cheap and always on time. Plenty of places to visit. Plenty of local walks.

Really nice hotel for short stay

stayed for 5 nights 12th to 16th September. Perfect for what I wanted a quiet relaxing break. Nice quiet pool area very clean and plenty of sun beds. Went to small beach a few minutes walk from hotel wouldn't recommend. Really small no sunbeds or facilities, better to go to larger beach which is further to walk, about 10-15 mins. away. Had breakfast and dinner in hotel both really good, plenty of food and choice, dining room clean and tidy. My room was lovely really big and spacious with plenty of storage. All in all everything was really good, there is nowhere to walk to at night and no shops in surrounding area to potter about in so not for you if you want something a little more lively.

Nice hotel close to the beach and good location.

Paid a bit extra to have a sea view room and it was well worth it. Fiesta Chicas was an unexpected bonus. Great location to explore the western side of the island.

Nice hotel perfect for all!

This hotel is lovely. It has huge rooms, private bathrooms, balconies with lovely views and a large pool. The hotel has a huge sunroof on the 8th floor and a pool, poolside bar and sun beds on the 4th floor. You also get free breakfast buffet every morning and the beach is only a 5 minute walk away. There's also a travel centre next door to the hotel to book day trips. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
