Perfeito e confortável!

Trata-se de uma Sala Living muito bem equipada com ar condicionado split inverter, máquina Lava e Seca de ótima qualidade, TV LCD, TV a cabo com ótimo pacote, e internet de boa qualidade... e bem localizada, em uma região de Santos que reúne o melhor da cidade litorânea: praticamente na frente do Aquário de Santos e do seu lindo Jardim, perto do Canal 6 e bem próximo a padarias, supermercado, farmácias e lanchonetes. Permaneci um mês no apartamento e recomendo com satisfação. Agradeço imensamente ao Rodrigo e Gervanda, sempre atenciosos. Muito obrigado!

Seguro, limpo e bem localizado a meia quadra da praia no canal 6.

Experiência muito boa, tudo correu bem. O imóvel está localizado a meia quadra da praia, em uma bairro residencial. A redondeza é cheia de restaurantes, bares e comércio em geral. O prédio é bem bacana e os funcionários prestativos e atenciosos. Recomendo!

Gostamos muito do imóvel em que ficamos por um mês. Aproveitamos bastante as férias e descansamos da vida cotidiana. Gervanda e Rodrigo muito solícitos e prestativos e educados, como todos os porteirxs e zeladxres, todos nos atenderam muito bem, além de todo povo santista. Como fui de carro podemos aproveitar e conhecer várias praias além da baixada santista. Quanto ao imóvel tem tudo que uma família necessita. Faço destaque como ÓTIMO para o chuveiro, fogão elétrico, ar condicionado INVERTER e máquina de lavar roupa e SECAR, mas o restante (todos) dos eletrodomésticos também foram excelentes ( cafeteira, micro-ondas, liquidificador, som, TV a Cabo, e som com DVD, e até uma secadora de toalhas muito interessante). Pretendemos voltar ano que vem, se DEUS quiser. Muito Obrigado, Rodrigo e Gervanda.
