Spacious apartment on the top floor of the GĂȘnova Building, located on the famous Trabulsi Street in Santos. This apartment is pet-friendly, ideal for guests who need to bring their pets. If you have a pet allergy, please contact us so we can offer you another suitable option.
The apartment has a living room with two distinct areas, two bedrooms, three double beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. There are two bathrooms: one full bathroom and one service bathroom. The accommodation comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests â 6 in beds and 1 on the sofa bed.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and a double bed, both with super comfortable mattresses, accommodating up to 4 people. The second bedroom has a standard double bed for 2 guests and a pet-friendly bunk bed for your four-legged friends.
The room features Wi-Fi, a 32-inch smart TV, a twin-size sofa bed, and a dining table with 6 chairs. The sofa bed comfortably accommodates 1 adult or 2 small children.
The kitchen is equipped with a newly purchased 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, blender, and basic kitchen utensils. The apartment also offers a laundry area with a new washing machine and clothesline. All windows have safety screens.
Important: We do not provide sheets and towels. For your convenience, here are the bed sizes: 1 queen bed (mattress 30 cm high), 2 standard double beds, 1 twin-size sofa bed, and 1 pet-friendly single bunk bed. Don't forget to bring your own bath and beach towels!
The apartment does not have a parking space. As a courtesy, the doorman allows guests to enter the garage with their car to unload their luggage, but they must remove their car immediately after disembarking. We kindly ask that you respect this rule.
In the surrounding area and along the beach avenue, there is plenty of street parking (except on holidays and during peak season). Near the building, almost opposite, there is an Extra supermarket where you can leave your car for a few hours after making purchases.
Please note that this is a residential building with elderly neighbors, pregnant women, and babies. Therefore, parties, events, or noise are not permitted after 10 PM.

This street is known in the city for its wide variety of businesses, including a market, pharmacy, newsstand, various shops, bars, and restaurants. The beach is less than a 2-minute walk away, guaranteeing a prime location in Santos.
For those without a car, there are several transportation options available, such as taxis, Uber, and buses, with the bus stop less than 300 meters from the apartment.
We are available via private message in the Airbnb chat. It is extremely important that you download the Airbnb app on your mobile phone and enable notifications, as all information will be sent through this app.
The building is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Santos, just one block from Canal 6. A two-minute walk will take you to the sands of Santos beach. Furthermore, Rua Trabulsi is famous in the city for its wide variety of shops. It has everything you can imagine and more: from surfboard rental shops to supermarkets. We are close to excellent restaurants and 5 minutes from the best shopping mall in Santos, Praiamar, with a wide variety of shops and a pharmacy.
The bus stops are just a few meters from the property, and there is also easy access to taxis and Uber.
