Quarto bom, chuveiro razoavel. Estacionamento ok. O que nao me agradou foi o cafe as 8:00, tinha que sair as 7:30. Nao tinha conhecimento disso antes de chegar no hotel. Tive que pagar pra tomar na padaria.

Minha experiência foi péssima, muito desagradável. No meu quarto, a colcha da cama estava com manchas, paredes com infiltrações, e no banheiro, a descarga estava quebrada, o dia estava frio, e o chuveiro nao esquentou, além da limpeza ser bastante precária.

Quarto errado - Hotel muito bom entretanto.

A estadia em si foi ótima, o espaço é bem bacana também, o café da manhã era excelente, bem como o serviço de quarto. A minha questão foi que descobri um dia antes de ir embora que reservei um quarto superior ao que fiquei hospedado e paguei por esse quarto recebendo um inferior, mas nem por isso deixou de ser uma boa experiência, não sei se fizeram por mal ou não, ou até mesmo se entendi errado, pois nas fotos reservei um quarto e ele era bem diferente do que estive e quando fui tomar café no último dia, vi o quarto que tinha reservado com a porta aberta, pois estavam limpando o mesmo. O único problema do Hotel em si é ser próximo ao hospital da cidade, o que pode gerar um certo barulho na madrugada.

escolha o quarto com cuidado

Alguns itens básicos ficaram faltando, o lado do hotel que fiquei faz frente com o Hospital de Clinicas de Itajubá, o que deixa o ambiente bastante barulhento e fica tambem para o lado do nascer do sol, e o blackout da janela não ajuda. Em compensação, o café da manha é bastante bom. Para 2 noites, levando em consideração estes pontos, é confortavel
