O melhor é a localização. Perfeito para participar de eventos no Centro de Convenções Frei Caneca, pois fica a uns 20 passos. O acesso foi um pouco complicado, a fechadura deu problema, o pessoal demora a localizar a reserva. No quarto faltava uma cortina, o que deixava o quarto exposto e com muito sol. A limpeza do apartamento deixa a desejar. O que é ruim é o contato com a administração. Demoram muito para responder, o que é complicado quando não há um concierge, já que a recepção é do prédio, não dos aptos do Be Homy

Ótimo! Uma surpresa maravilhosa

Me surpreendi com a qualidade da acomodação. Espaço super equipado com cozinha completa, escada, ferro de passar, secador, tudo e mais um pouco. Cama mega confortável, conjunto de cama e travesseiros macios. Todas as pias possuíam água quente, deixando o uso ainda mais confortável. Tive um problema com minha fechadura e a empresa e o porteiro do condomínio foi super atencioso e resolveram meu problema rapidamente. Prédio super equipado com otima academia e mercadinho interno para comprar o básico. Pontos a melhorar: o banheiro estava sem a prateleira que apoia shampoo, o que fez falta na hora do banho. Entender a possibilidade de incluir um filtro pequeno de água para maior conforto do hóspede seria interessante. Mas resumidamente, indico muito, localização ótima literalmente ao lado do shopping frei caneca. Voltarei sem dúvidas.

Custo benefício muito bom!

A comunicação com a empresa foi por meio do whatsapp e funcionou bem. Pessoal da recepção bem prestativo. A acomadação é nova e tem uma cozinha com diversos equipamentos, inlcuindo um fogão elétrico. Banheiro com água quente se ter que esperar muito para esquentar. Geladeira nova e grande. Na parte interna do edifício tem um mini mercado para compras pequenas (bebidas e snacks) a qualquer hora do dia, o que é muito bom para quem chega de viagem e não tem mais mercado aberto na rua.. Entretanto, algumas situações merecem atenção. O blackout nas janelas não é suficiente e a claridade vem com o dia. Durante a estada, sentimos um cheiro de retorno de esgoto de forma leve toda vez que entramos no quarto, mas que aliviava com a abertura da janela. Como tava frio, o ar condicionado quase não foi ligado. A cama de casal é do tamanho normal e o colchão é do tipo mole.
