O hotel é razoavelmente bom, mas os funcionários são muito perdidos, ninguém sabe nada, pagamos antecipado e queriam nos cobrar novamente na saída por erro deles, a mulher fez questão de criar uma situação bem constrangedora. Acho que não voltaria.

Péssima experiência, não tinham copo, faltou papel higiênico, o pior de tudo é que não consegui dormir, era 01:00 da madrugada e o recepcionista ficou conversando com a faxineira em tom muito alto ao lado do meu quarto, a faxineira lavando panos e derrubando baldes.

"Hotel" muito ruim

Hotel aparentemente está em reforma. Muito pó e paredes sem acabamento. Chegamos as 03h00 e não localizaram nossa reserva feita um dia antes. Banheiro extremamente pequeno e, como estávamos de passagem, como acredito que seja grande parte dos usuários, não tinha no banheiro escova de dentes descartável ou chinelos. O café da manhã, servido até às 10h, as 09h20 eram somente "restos" e café frio. Os talheres, copos e xícaras tivemos que procurar... Enfim, para algumas horas de estadia que custou quase R$120,00, acreditávamos que encontraria uma estrutura melhor....

Fomos surpreendidos pela péssima aparência da entrada do hotel. Subimos até a portaria para informar da intenção de cancelar a reserva, porém precisávamos de um local com internet. Assim, resolvemos verificar o quarto e, diferentemente da aparência da entrada, o quarto estava limpo e com uma aparência agradável. Pela proximidade da rodovia, o barulho é constante durante toda anoite. Se tiver muito cansado, vai conseguir dormir. Ponto poditivo, levamos 20minutos para chegar no aeroporto com um custo de R$20,00

Descreve que possui estacionamento, mas é mentira, não tem. Tive que deixar o meu carro em um posto de gasolina próximo, janelas não fecha direito e o barulho da estrada é terrível...os travesseiros eram horríveis com uma capa de plastico dura impossível de dormir.

Boa estadia.

O local está em reforma e fica ao lado da Rodovia Dutra e de um posto de combustível, o que traz barulho por todo o dia e também durante a noite. O café da manhã é servido no próprio quarto, contendo apenas o básico (pão, café, manteiga etc.). O atendimento é realmente muito bom e cortez e o custo benefício e a proximidade ao Aeroporto de Guarulhos leva a compensar a estadia.

Hotel em reforma... quarto diferente do que foi reservado... TV ruim... tomadas não funcionavam... quando foi pedido outro quarto... disseram que não tinha... incrívelmente aparentava não ter mtos hóspedes... café da manhã não existe... mesmo estando incluso na reserva... estacionamento longe... apesar do serviço de leva-e-traz... Hotel com boa localização.. perto de shopping e hipermercado.... mais o hotel está totalmente abaixo do esperado... me sentir decepcionado e pretendo não retornar lá.. . Msm indo todos os meses... pena...
