Studio with a super privileged location within the city and the center of Moema, it is close to the airport, park and numerous high-end shopping malls, in addition to having a complete and cozy space, with TV, large balcony, air conditioning, curtain with blackout and kitchen equipped with coffee maker and induction stove. Everything you need for a wonderful stay.

For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their document before arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo of all guests' IDs. It is not permitted to receive visitors. Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or common areas of the Building. If this occurs, an extra night will be charged. Our opening hours are from 08:30 to 23:00. After this time we do not have online support.

The building offers separate laundry facilities in its common areas, outside the apartment.

The accommodation is located in the sophisticated neighborhood of Moema, which is covered by Ibirapuera Park, which has a large green area with a planetarium, jogging trails, lakes and forests, as well as the impressive Auditorio Ibirapuera concert hall, a red and white building designed by Oscar Niemeyer. On the outskirts of the park, the tree-lined streets have fast-food restaurants and sophisticated restaurants serving international cuisine. In addition to being close to Ibirapuera Park and Congonhas Airport, which is the second largest and busiest in the state of São Paulo.
