Rooms and commons spaces are quiet, new, and clean. Location near the airport is good for an overnight. Staff are helpful. A few hiccups: Shuttle difficult to find on arrival to airport, despite speaking to hotel staff. Elevators complicated and slow, not working etc . Key stopped working twice.

The hotel is great, we had an amazing buffet for lunch and a la carte in the evening, played pool and saw capibaras at a distance. Unfortunately the weather was terrible so we couldn’t enjoy the pool, but overall we had a great experience
