Two years ago, great, this year terrible, puke in parking lot, three times to get working keys, broken hot tub (3 days) pool area dirty, room only attended once in six days, poor staff, trees trimmed mid day while at the pool, chain saws and leaf blowers. the list could go on!

We had a good stay at this clean hotel. The rooms were spacious, the pool area was nice, and the staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The best part was definitely the excellent and easy access to the beach. A couple of things could be better, though. During our stay in December, the pool was not heated for the first three days, which was a real shame. Also, the breakfast area felt a bit cramped for such a big hotel, leading to lines for the waffle machines and food running out quite early towards the end of the service. Overall, we enjoyed our time here because of the cleanliness, location, and nice staff. We would happily consider returning, especially if the pool heating is guaranteed and the breakfast service is smoothed out.

We didn't have hot water in the sink. We had minimal hot water in the shower. We had to reset the fuse multiple times during our stay. And I room was never cleaned. Very poor management.

Room was lovely and clean! The bathroom sink was stuck closed but they were able to fix; the shower kept dripping so that will need to be addressed. BUT wonderful breakfast and great staff! Outdoor BBQ terrace available to anyone is next to the pool and hot tub area - really nice!!

I really enjoyed the gym. The breakfast was okay. My few frustrations was being waken up by a building alarm at 4AM and nothing was actually happening, the bathroom not having shampoo, lotion and body wash. The dispensers in the bathroom were empty. Also the thermostat was not working. I was cold my entire trip. However, they gave me free water.

Hotel is located close to everything and was very clean. I would stay there again. Two things that could be better- shower water temperature only gets to luke warm, not hot. False fire alarm at 5:45 am was not pleasant.
