The location and convenience of the property were great for us. We were traveling into town for a gymnastics competition for our daughter a chose this location over the previous one due to the proximity to the event center. House was clean and had plenty of space for us and our small 10 lb dog.

Loved our stay here. House was very clean and the location is perfect. Walking up to the sunrise and ending our day with a fire in fire pit were probably my favorite parts. A relaxing stay in a lovely waterfront home. Having a Host that’s very responsive with clear communication put my mind at ease with this rental. We plan to rent here again when at all possible!

5/5 A Perfect Peaceful Getaway!Our stay at this home on the water in Ellenton was absolutely wonderful. The setting is serene and peaceful the kind of place where you instantly feel relaxed the moment you arrive. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved waking up to the tranquil water views and enjoying quiet evenings in the backyard. The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure every detail was just right. Highly recommend this little slice of paradise for anyone looking to unwind and recharge!

We travel quite a bit and this house is one of our new favorites! We homeschool and try to have eco trips at least once a week. In this house it was everyday! We caught fish and Blue Crabs right off the sea wall. You'll watch the sun rise and set over the Manatee River! Dolphins too. House was clean and easy to find. Convenient to parks and beaches. Places to eat are near as well. We would love to stay again!

Check in was very easy. The house was clean and cozy, had everything you could need inside. Gorgeous view of the river from the Glass Florida room with a ton of outdoor seating options to enjoy it. Boat ramp was nearby and we made the short trip to the canal to tie up at the seawall, but with multiple boat ramp options you can stay trailered and visit a new one every day.We would stay here again for sure.

We have stayed at this property twice. Love the house, front porch all windows, view of manatee river is beautiful. Dolphins in the morning around 10:00 am. We will visit again in the fall.

Could use some TLC definitely not a good property for elderly people

We are elderly, so this property post difficulties for us. The bed in the master bedroom was impossible. The chairs around the large table in the lanai were almost too heavy to move and the outdoor chairs around the fire pit were too low to the ground.The property itself could definitely use some TLC. Also, some additional amenities such as power strips or charging stations,night lights. Some flat surface in the guest bedroom there was nowhere to put your bags or anything else as there were no tables or dressers.The view outside was wonderful, but the landscaping was void or in the front dead.Overall, we gave it a C. Certainly not worth the money spent.

Relaxing Getaway

Interior of house is very spacious and open. Especially like the enclosed patio with huge windows on three sides. Very nice furnishings and wall art. Front yard still has damaged palms from last hurricane, but that's incidental. Definitely recommend this listing.

Lovely outlook being close to the water. The accommodation had everything we needed. Easy to find. A little way from St Pete’s but that suited us.

Beautiful place!

Very clean and exactly as advertised. We spent the month of February here and had a fabulous stay. Sunrises and sunsets were amazing. Super comfortable beds. Kristina was an excellent host. Thanks for a great stay!
