Given a handicapped room. Very noisy, felt unsafe. No signage for hotel so didn’t know it was there without gps. When I registered, I was given the key cards and informed there would be a $50 deposit which would be refunded when I checked out. That was it. No welcome, no mention of amenities, restaurant, anything. Romm was very clean

We stay here atleast once a year we really enjoy this hotel, only complaint was this year when we arrived we only had 2 towels in the room for a 4 day stay

I reserved a room here and upon arrival was appalled by the condition of the facility with the Wyndham title on my reservation I and the price of $287. Per night for a standard room expected better not a transitional hotel with rusted cars in the parking lot peeling paint and 29 kids running screaming outside my room. I quickly left this hotel turned long term resident for displaced families of the hurricane it looked a bit like a flop house hotel. Travelocity’s distance in reversing the registration was very helpful. The desk clerk told me next time I should call the hotel and ask bout the condition of it before booking
