This was an absolute nightmare, I am an elite statues and this stay felt like a low budget hotel!! Elevator was broken and they put us in the 3rd floor my uncle is 72 yrs and could not get up the starts. No manager on duty when needed, ac out in bed room. It was awful!!

Room is not ready 2 hours after check in time

Check-in is at 3pm, we arrived at 4:30. We was told room is not ready because it needs to be cleaned so have to wait 10-15 mins. Had to wait for 1 hour instead. Checked in at 5:30. Receptionist apologized and offered free water. If I would be late to check out I would be charged and my apologies would not work.
