Appartamento buono in generale. Qualche accorgimento potrebbe migliorare la votazione ma non a livello di alloggio .Ad esempio la mancanza di dépliant che potrebbero essere molto utili visto che alla domenica gli uffici turistici sono chiusi e si trovano cmq in molte reception e una dotazione base tipo olio sale acqua che potrebbero essere molto importanti appena arrivati .

- Geen sauna en ook geen hallenbad aanwezig. Dit stond wel in de beschrijving. - De host was een Roemeen en sprak alleen Roemeens, geen Italiaans en ook geen Duits (wat gebruikelijk is in de Alto Adige). Er was ook niemand anders bij wie je terecht kon voor vragen of opmerkingen. - De host kwam ongevraagd je appartement binnen om het vuilnis weg te halen. Dit heeft ons zeer gestoord. Je moet er toch vanuit kunnen gaan dat als je je appartement op slot doet, er niemand in komt. En dan vooral de h

Die Unterkunft war ok. Sehr vorteilhaft war der Aufenthaltsraum, da wir mehrere Familien waren. Der nette und hilfsbereite Hausmeister sprach leider nur Italienisch (obwohl Südtirol and der Grenze zu Österreich) und die Verständigung war deshalb etwas schwierig.Wir hatten eine sehr negative Erfahrung mit dem in Österreich wohnhaften Eigentümer der an einem Tag vorort war. Er hatte in unserem Beisein die 8–jährigen Kinder regelrecht angeschrien weil sie einen Schneemann neben der Haustüre gebaut hatten – mit der Begründung dass der Hausmeister (wenn der Schneemann einstürzt) diesen mühsam wieder wegschaufeln müsste. Der ältere Hausmeister hatte nur eine Schaufel zur Verfügung um die lange Auffahrt zum Haus zu räumen (es hatte fast jeden Tag geschneit), wohingegen alle benachbarten FeWos und Hotels über Schneefräsen verfügten.
