If Gas for heating is needed between April 15th to November 1st, have
to be paid on the spot based on consumption. The municipality of
Sarteano has implemented a tourist tax. The tax amount is set at 2 €
per day per person. Children under 12 years of age are exempt from this
tax. This is paid upon arrival to the local agent.

If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EUR per person is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or prior to arrival.
Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Villa Podere Belvedere is amazing villa. The inside is really great equipment and has everything you could need to have a really relaxing holiday. The outside area is so stunning. Here is a private pool, outside dining area, and BBQ. Only a short drive from the villa are some really nice restaurants with great specialties. We plan to come again to this beautiful villa.

What a fab time, we had a perfect villa and even more perfect views. The villa had absolutely everything we needed and was very clean. Likewise, the outside areas were well maintained and the pool very clean. The views from the pool over the natural landmark were amazing and we enjoyed the breeze while having dinner at the terrace. We had meals in mostly in local restaurants in Sarteano and Cetona, we would recommend you pop in there and taste the most delicious Italian specialties. Lastly, thank you Agni Travel for organizing a perfect holiday. We cannot thank you enough, everything went to plan. No problems with the villa or pool, everything was excellent. Could not fault Agni Travel at all, everything went smoothly and we appreciated the text message keeping in contact even though we did not need to call

Wonderful Tuscan holiday

Our stay at Villa Podere Belvedere was just wonderful. Our family had the most relaxing time at the Villa, enjoying morning walks in the picturesque country side, lovely lunches by the pool and driving to the many charming Towns in the area all contributed to a wonderful stay. My only negative comment is that it would have been helpful if we had been informed that absolutely no household cleaning products or catering supplies would be provided, we could have brought these items with us. Given the cost of our stay I don't think it is unreasonable to expect that basic items such as washing up liquid, dishwashing tablets and some laundry washing soap could have been supplied as with other home stay service providers. Also extra toilet paper needs to be provided too.

Das Haus ist von 1910, von daher kann man natürlich keinen Neubaustandard erwarten. Aber trotzdem gäbe es einige Dinge, die den Aufenthalt schöner machen würden und das dem Reisepeis auch angemessen wäre. Aber zunächst die positiven Punkte: - atemberaubende Aussicht - Alleinlage, völlig ungestört - erfrischender Pool und bequeme Liegen - WLAN mit ausreichender Bandbreite Negativ: - Sauberkeit ließ an vielen Stellen zu wünschen übrig - Inneneinrichtung sollte erneuert werden, z.B. Stühle, Betten/Matratzen - Elektrogeräte sind antik und funktionieren nicht einwandfrei (v.a. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine) - aufgrund des Alters passen die Standardstecker nicht, es sind aber nur wenige Adapter vorhanden - Küche sehr klein mit spartanischen Ausstattung (z.B. nicht ausreichend kleine Löffel für alle Reisenden) - WLAN reichte nicht bis zum Pool - Anfahrt ist abenteuerlich auf geschotterter Straße, für sportliche Autos nicht geeignet! - die Bilder des Online-Inserates zeigen nicht die Realität Wie oben geschrieben könnte man mit ein bisschen Investitionen deutlich mehr herausholen aus dem Haus. Wir können es in diesem Zustand und v.a. bei dem Preis leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Villa Podere Belvedere was great! The living room and the kitchen were very well-equipment and comfortable. Cozy bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable too. Perfect views from the terrace and a nice pool, where we spent a really good time together. The villa is not overlooked and it is so private. Nearby are some really good wineries where we tried the greatest Italian wines. While we were there, we also visited Siena and Bolsena. We do not hesitate to recommend this amazing villa to anyone as we had the best holiday ever! Thank you!

The villa is surrounded by a lot of green. It was really well cleaned when we arrived and smelt so good. The kitchen had all the utensils that we could need. It was a really great experience to have a private pool in these surroundings and to have a chance to relax in your own private villa. The scenery is lovely and the sunsets are absolutely stunning. I would recommend staying there for sure.

You can experience perfect holiday only when you choose the right place to be and enjoy at the most beautiful Villa you could imagine. The Villa Podere Belvedere and Sarteano made our holiday perfect! The house is well equipped, the pool is nice and we loved the silence and privacy. As a tourist on this beautiful region-Province of Siena there are many things to explore and experience the best holiday ever. We found people of Sarteano very friendly and a local food tasty. We also liked their local wines, you have to try them while you are there. Do not hesitate to book this place and villa. Would highly recommend to everybody (couples, families, retirees...)
