The Villa is located in San Marino, placed between the regions Marche and Emilia Romagna.
In an elevated position, very scenic, offers its guests a large outdoor area (2500 square meters) with BBQ and swimming pool.
The Adriatic Sea with the beautiful beaches of the Adriatic coast is only 30 km far away.
This villa is on three floors. Outside the villa a wide garden overlooks the surrounding hills.
Wellness and relax lovers can enjoy the swimming pool furnished with parasol and loungers and, inside the house, the gym and the sauna, which can contain up to 4 people.
This holiday home, extremely elegant and with stylish interiors, is on three floors.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen with professional stainless steel gas oven, electric oven, wood stove, fireplace, a dining room with TV, bathroom and laundry.
On the first floor there are living room with TV, kitchen, three bedrooms (two double and a single one) and two bathrooms with a large shower.
On the second floor, with roof system, a large bedroom with walk-in closet, Jacuzzi for two people, bathroom with shower, gym and sauna for four people.
Please note that air conditioning is available only in the main double bedroom on the first floor. The other two bedrooms (single and double bedrooms) that are on the same floor of the main double bedroom are refreshed keeping the doors open.

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; final cleaning; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); pool and garden maintenance.

The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
pets allowed on request (max. 1 pet a week) € 50,00 per week; air-conditioning € 120,00 per week; Wi-Fi € 30,00 per week; heating € 120,00 per week; extra cleaning; extra linen change.

Security deposit (to be paid upon arrival): € 300,00

Spacieuse, propre, magnifique villa dans un environnement calme et une vue imprenable sur les collines italiennes ! Les propriétaires jeunes et sympathiques sont à votre écoute ... 2 petits bémols : soyez prévoyants contre moustiques et mouches ; ne prenez pas vos douches tous en même temps il y a des restrictions d eau en été à cause de la sécheresse, sinon tout est parfait ....
