Big beach house - Great for a large family group. This beach house is clean, bright, and spacious. There is room for everyone; 8 beds sleeps up to 16 comfortably. 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 dining areas.

Heated Pool in screened pool house (no bugs!). Picnic table & luxurious chairs in lanai by the pool. Heated Pool is so comfortable year-round. The pool patio has many comfortable chairs to lounge on. The pool lanai (pool patio) with it's huge 7-burner propane grill and picnic table is a great gathering place for lunch and dinner in the fresh air. The lanai (pool patio area) has ceiling fans and lights for enjoyment by the pool side into the evening. And a pool night light glows at night for great ambiance & night swims.

Location - location - location! 2-minute walk across the street to the beautiful white-sand Satellite Beach. From the balcony you can view the ocean & catch lovely sunrises. A one-minute walk to the neighborhood favorite sports bar restaurant "the Sandbar" with their world-famous fish tacos & two doors down from `The Surfin Turtle' ice cream shop (yum!).

The neighborhood is quiet and clean. Very near the beach and conveniences like grocery, coffee shops, and the movies. You are also a 2 minute drive from a nice, large public park on the beach (Pelican Park). This is a great place for sheltered areas at the beach to have a picnic lunch, outdoor shower, and other amenities.

All bedrooms & living rooms have TVs w/Netflix, Hulu & many other channels. Super-fast WiFi.

On-site parking for four vehicles. On site free laundry.

I have a small army of local helpers to make sure your stay comfortable, relaxing and fun. I am also available by phone, email, and text.

Perfect for three families to share while all in town for a reunion. Beach access was stellar and house had plenty of space for us all. Owner was very responsible and accommodating. Would rent again if we all came to the area again.

This house was perfect for our family of 9. Ground floor had 3 bedrooms (king, queen w/ensuite, and full bunkbeds) and full bathroom in hallway. Kitchen was small but very nice and well equipped with everything we needed. Dining room and living room on ground floor was open and great gathering spot. Upstairs has a queen bedroom and a king bedroom, full bathroom, living room, and small kitchen. Upstairs kitchen was very small and dated, but functional. We didn’t use it at all. We always gravitated in the ground floor area. Pool was great! Beach is right across the road. Be patient and carltch the timing of the traffic lights and easy enough to cross. The public beach access only allowed for 1 car and 1 golf cart which equated to us feeling like we had our own private beach. Only 1 other family on beach for 100 yards on either side of us. It was amazing! We had no issues with rocks mentioned in another review. Lots of great restaurants within 10 minutes. Recommend the The Red Crab, Too Cool Cafe and Surfing Turtle Ice Cream were a few of our favorites. Publix and Walmart within 3 miles. Great movie theater with recliner seating within 1/2 mile. Quiet laid back place. Host communicated promptly to any questions throughout our stay. House was clean and exit process was easy. We will definitely be back! Enjoy!

Excellent Vacation

The house is exactly what we were looking for, close to the beach and had a great restaurant next door. Beach was very rocky, but we were able to walk down a little and find a spot we could swim. House accommodated our three families only downside was the need to move vehicles as they only wanted two in the driveway, and it was difficult to get bigger vehicles in the small garage.

This Is A Beach House

My wife and I have been visiting Atlantic beaches and their houses since at least as far back as 1966 including the states of North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida. Today, at an age of higher expectations, we expect a good beach house to have the usual amenities of clothes washer/drier, dish washer, multiple TV’s, WiFi, and comfortable bedding. This home had them all and performed well. While there is nothing wrong with a beach home looking to be a story for Southern Beach Home, a good beach home to me should be livable for its setting, that is: beach sand happens, sea shells sometimes appear in unexpected places, furniture is used, but stands up to occasional hard use. We met our host, Richard, at our check-in as he was finishing up a little last minute lawn mowing. He was as amiable and cooperative in person as he had been during our VRBO messaging. Lastly, this home was a slam dunk for it’s location with a short walk to the beach, a short drive to a Publix grocery, and many options for fishing, bird watching, and beach combing. Oh, and have I mentioned the satellite launches and museums to document the nation’s space program. You can’t miss with this genuine Beach House.

Sand Castle Satellite Beach

Great place for a larger group. Extremely comfortable beds & well stocked kitchens. Nice bar/restaurant right across the street. My only concern with the location, is the huge rocks & boulders in the surf at the beach area, but the home was perfect for us (9 people). The host is very responsive. We had a fantastic time!

Family vacation

We had a great time during our stay in Satellite Beach. The house had plenty of room for our whole family. The pool was great and we spent many hours playing in it. The beach is a short walk away. Unfortunately, we did not get to spend much time at the beach due to the amount of seaweed. So, we were even more thankful to have a pool. We would definitely stay here again, and are planning to next year.

Great House for family vacation

This house is great for large extended family gatherings. We loved the large table for meals together and the large sectional sofa. We spent so much time in the pool too. The house is close to the beach but the road was a little busy to get the little ones across. The wagon we brought helped with that. The owner was fantastic with correspondence and very accommodating! We had a wonderful week together!

A Plus

We rented this house for the month of March for a multigenerational family. Everything was as the pictures showed and was very clean when we arrived. Richard was a wonderful host, easy to communicate with and quick to respond. There were new linens and plenty of towels and beach towels. Having the washer and dryer was very helpful. The kitchen table was huge; we could all sit down together for meals. Because we were a large group, having the second kitchen upstairs was a bonus. Very close to the beach and we loved the little Mexican restaurant across the street. We had a lovely time. Thank you Richard.

Needs a deep cleaning

While some updates have been made, there’s quite a few areas that need some attention. The air vent (ceiling) in the kitchen/dining area is filthy. The bathrooms are in serious need of updating. 1 of the sinks leaks. It wasn’t clear from the listing that the upstairs area is separate & could potentially be rented by a different group at the same time. The location is not the greatest. Having said all that, the owner was very responsive & helpful. The pool was great!

40th Birthday trip

We had 11 of us stay at the house and it never felt like there were 11 of us. The house was a great set up and awesome location! We had ages from 70 years old to 5 years old. Everyone had someone to do. The Property owner was incredibly responsive. If we had any questions, we would message through the app and within seconds we had a response. It was THE best vacation!! We went to Universal and Kennedy Space Center during the trip. We are all talking about doing the trip again and hopefully this location will be available again because it was perfect. Definitely felt like home away from home. Thank you Richard for providing such a wonderful place for my family to enjoy sometime together.!

Fabulous location! Responsive host

This home was the perfect place to celebrate my dad's 90th birthday! Twelve family members easily accommodated with the perfect living room and dining area for a large gathering. The heated pool was a great area for a family hang out at after a busy day. The location is close to the beach with easy access to nearby attractions and activities. Definitely recommend this home. Our only concern was with cleanliness . While bathrooms and the kitchen were cleaned well, some other areas needed closer attention. The bedding was questionable so we washed prior to use. Concerns about the ability to keep the house clean during the stay ( a week long with two crawling infants) with just a broom and dustpan was quickly addressed by the host. My family had a wonderful week and really enjoyed our stay at this property

Satellite Beach House

The satellite beach house was very nice and big for our family of 12 and there was enough room for all of us. We all absolutely loved the pool and even though the weather was a little cold, the pool was nice and warm so we were able to continue to have a lot of fun! The only thing we did not like about the location of this house is the description of the beach being right across the road does not disclose how busy that road was. Yes the beach is right across the road, however, that road was an extremely busy road to cross which was extremely difficult to do with the young children we had. Other then the busy road we absolutely loved everything else! Richard was very quick to respond with anything we needed and very attentive! Thank you Richard! We loved the house and pool, we loved the private beach, and we loved swimming in the ocean. There were also convenient stores and restaurants close by! We would book this house and location again in the future! Thank you for letting us stay!

Great family house!

We had an extended family group of 7 for Christmas. There was plenty of space with the upstairs being nicely separated. Very comfortable with everything you need. Great location. The host told us everything we needed to know. Would definitely recommend!

Great location!

We had a great vacation! The location of this house is great! It is close to the beach and within walking distance of some stores and restaurants. We feel this would be a perfect vacation spot had the house been clean. All sheets and blankets had to be washed by us upon noticing they were not clean. Beds, floors, carpets, and tables had visible crumbs and spots and appear to have not been wiped down between guests. Laundry room and pool area dirty. Pool was cloudy and many bugs floating in water. Trash, seaweed, and sand still all around from last guest. Website proclaims at least 24 hours between guests, this was not the case as guests left that morning. We felt this house would be a great vacation spot had it been cleaned and taken care of. *From a business stand point: throw away and replace- stained sheets, towels, & blankets (no one wants to sleep/use something with gross stains on it), pool area- throw away pool accessories that are gross chewed up over used and falling apart, laundry room- gross (sand every where, trash, unorganized and just disgusting) change the doors on the washer and dryer- they are movable- doing any laundry in there is ridiculous the doors are backwards, bathrooms- need new shower curtains they are moldy, no hand soap we had to go buy some, all surfaces should be wiped with disinfectant / bleach between guests- multiple places you could see were not wiped down at all between guests

Perfect Home for a Large Family Vacation

We just returned from a wonderful family vacation at the Sand Castle. We had a group of 15 people, ranging in age from 9 months to 66. Was nice to have a high chair provided for the baby. The home is spacious, and the furniture and beds were comfortable. Lower level: 1 King, 1 Queen, Bunk room, a pullout sofa in the living room, 2 bathrooms with showers. Upper level: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 full bath, a pullout sofa, and a kitchenette! We never felt cramped. Plenty of room to spread out and also spaces for privacy. We especially appreciated having a very large dining room table on the lower level for big family meals and used the dining room table on the upper level to do a large crossword puzzle. It was great having two refrigerators on the property. The TVs all had Netflix, etc. We loved the furniture and that there are two desks on the property for people who needed to do a little work while on vacation. WiFi was fast! The kitchen is extremely well stocked. We never ran out of silverware or plates, glasses, plenty of pots and pans, knives, etc. The highlight for us was the screened-in saltwater pool -- large enough for the whole group to have fun. Pool toys were provided. Six beach towels were provided, but we had local family bring more beach towels as we were all swimming and needed more than six. We used the gas grill and played card games on the picnic table next to the pool. We also enjoyed the Mexican restaurant and ice cream stand just across the street. Publix is close and Costco is just 15 min away. The beach is a short walk from the front door. Crossing A1A was not a problem. I had to contact the host, Richard, for a small issue with the upstairs toilet, and he sent someone out the next morning. The host is very responsive and wants everyone to have a 5-star experience, and we did! Thank you for sharing your home with us, Richard. We will be back!

Great for a large Group

This was perfect for a large family beach vacation, with 6 adults and 5 children, ages 3 to 12. The house was clean, well provisioned, with plenty of storage and the furniture was comfortable and very kid friendly! The huge dining table easily accommodated all of us which I loved. All appliances worked as they should and we had no issues with anything during our week stay. The beach access is great and the beach itself was not at all crowded. Crossing A1A to reach the beach poised no problem, but if you are afraid to cross without a light, it is a short walk (guesstimate = about 2 blocks)to a proper pedestrian crossing. We thoroughly enjoyed the large pool after each day at the beach. And, we were able to view 2 rocket launches clearly from the beach which thrilled my grandkids. I highly recommend this property for a wonderful beach vacation

Very good summer

Great location with all the amenities, walking distance to the beach, enough room for my group, cover patio with and screened pool. There was also a volleyball court by Pelican Park that we have a lot of fun at. Richard was a great communicator and helped answer all the questions along the way.
