On the 2nd floor of an attractive residence, this holiday apartment for 4 people, in the charming neighbourhood of Gran Villard, makes an ideal holiday destination all year round.

The apartment, which is fully carpeted, except for the bathroom, has a spacious living area with a large sofa, traditional dresser, flatscreen TV and a wooden dining table with seating for 4 people. Double glass doors lead from the living room to the wooden balcony, which has wonderful mountain views. The separate, fitted kitchen, off the living area, is equipped with a cofee machine, microwave and fridge/freezer.

Location
The apartment is close to the resort of Sauze d’Oulx which is a popular holiday destination at any time of year.

In the winter months, visitors can enjoy multiple skiing and snowboarding options as the resort is part of the famous “Milky Way” network of slopes. In the summer, there are numerous hiking trails through the alpine meadows and mountains.

There are many good restaurants and bars in the area, which will suit all tastes and budgets. For self-catering, Sauze d’Oulx has a super market and other smaller shops selling local delicacies.

Turin airport is a 1 hour and 50 minutes drive from the apartment.
