Casa Romantica is an elegant 5-bed vacation home for stays just a few kilometers from the beaches of the Ionian Sea, in Sava. The house is the result of the renovation of an ancient and elegant mansion, on the second floor of a 19th-century building in the center of town.
The property is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, coffee maker, microwave, TV. Pets are allowed.

Access to Casa Romantica is by stairs leading to the second floor. The entrance hall is furnished with a lovely sitting room, and serves as a hallway to the other rooms.
There are: a kitchen, 2 bedrooms , one double with a four-poster bed and one triple, both with air conditioning and a small balcony overlooking the city.
Finally, there`s a full shower room and a small courtyard furnished with deck chairs for outdoor relaxation.

Casa Romantica is a vacation solution in the center of Sava, a small town with all services, which allows you to reach the beaches of Taranto`s Ionian arch in a few minutes by car.
All the main commercial activities are within walking distance. The nearest beaches are those of Campomarino di Maruggio, Lizzano and Torre Ovo, just 13 km away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
