The hotel is in a good location and you can easily walk to many local sights of interest and restaurants. Charging $50 for parking is unacceptable when you can park 2 blocks away for much less. Also, since when were clean sheets an option? We had to request a sheet change everyday, otherwise they don't change them if you are there less than 3 days.

It was a very quick overnight but i was enthusiastically welcomed, from the valet to the front desk staff. Breakfast was a little pricey (typical for a hotel) but very good - and the staff in the restaurant were terrific!

Great location on River street. It’s within a couple of blocks of City Walk and so many restaurants and pubs. The hotel scenery was Beautiful and looked newly updated!! Great bartenders!! We will definitely be back. Also instead of taking those killer stairs, there’s an elevator attached to the hotel. Bonus!!

Loved that we could walk anywhere we needed to go from the hotel- no need to use the car until we checked out! Great perks like tickets via the concierge, free water, daily credit to use at the market, valet parking, and the location was perfect with direct access to the riverwalk! Didn’t like that the room doors slam, small bathroom, no direction on getting out of garage from valet, and no bellhop upon check out as promised. Would definitely stay again!
