Das einchecken war in Ordnung. Das Haus in sich ist wunderschön und die Gartenanlage auch. Die Lage war uns bewusst, weil wir seit 10 Jahren in der Gegend sind und es in der Natur lieben. Das Haus war sehr muffig , der Duschvorhang war wirklich voll mit schwarzem Schimmel, die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher haben wirklich ekelhaft und muffig gerochen.... Ich gehe davon aus , dass sie nur per 40 Grad gewaschen wurden und die nicht vollständig getrocknet wurden. Wir müssten fast alle Ersatz Handtücher und Bettwäsche die in den Schränken waren waschen, damit wir schlafen konnten. Die Kissen in sich haben nach Schweiß gerochen. Es war staubig und es gab Spinnweben, wie als ob das Haus seit Monaten nicht geputzt wurde. Das Wasser war 2 x komplett weg , das Problem war aber zum Glück sofort gelöst. Ansonsten sind die Leute nett und antworten sofort , wenn man was schreibt. Die Besitzerin hat uns am nächsten Morgen einen Staubsauger zukommen lassen und durften denn selber das Haus putzen!

Beeindruckende Aussicht bis zum Meer.

Eine sehr freundliche Verwalterin hat uns empfangen. Ein traumhaftes Natursteinhaus in einem weitläufigen und sehr gepflegtem Park mit alten Baumriesen. Ein schöner Ort abseits das Rummels.

geweldige locatie met idem uitzicht. Een oase van rust, vlakbij wijndorp Scanzano. Aardige en dienstbare begeleiding, alle afspraken worden nagevolgd. Één minpuntje: omslachtige manier voor wifi verbinding, die er bovendien om de 5 minuten uitvalt. Echt wat aan doen!

Ferienhaus Ginestra

das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen und herrlich ruhig. Zu Fuß ist allerdings kaum ein Ziel zu erreichen. Der nächste Strand ist ca. 30 km entfernt. Es gibt viele sehr schöne alte Städte in der näheren Umgebung. Ein Besuch der Therme Saturnia ist empfehlenswert.Insgesamt etwas für Menschen die an Ruhe und Kultur interessiert sind.

Fliegengitter im OG

Da im OG doch die Wärme stärker vorhanden ist, muss man den Raum in der Nacht lüften. Dadurch können aber auch Tiere in das Zimmer gelangen. Deswegen wäre es schön, wenn wenigstens an einem Fenster ein Fliegengitter angebracht werden könnte. Bitte an Kleiderhaken denken, da keine vorhanden sind.

Toskana-typisches Steinhaus in ruhiger Lage in großem Grundstück

Schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit allem, was man braucht - vor allem auch mit einer gut funktionierenden Gas-Zentralheizung, die wir bei dem kühlen Frühherbstwetter sehr wohltuend empfanden.

Entspannung pur

Weit ab von jeglichem Alltagsstress liegt diese eine Ruheinsel für die Nerven. Idyllisch gelegen hatten wir immer das Gefühl alleine in einem riesigen, gepflegten Park zu sein, fernab jeglicher Zivilisation. Das Gebäude mit der Terrasse ist ein echter Hingucker, allein schon das Frühstücken macht unendlich viel Spaß. Wollte man aber täglich an den Strand ist dies nur mit einer 30km Anfahrt (ca.45min) möglich, das gilt es für „Strandgänger“ zu bedenken.

Sehr schönes, gemütliches altes Steinhaus. Wer mit (kleinen) Kindern reist sollte bedenken, dass es keine direkte Verbindung zum oberen Stockwerk gibt! Perfekt für befreundete Paare. Reisetipps: Unbedingt den "Giardino dei Tarocchi" (deutsch: Garten des Tarot) der Künstlerin Niki de Saint Phalle besuchen! ca. 30 km von der Unterkunft entfernt.

Ein tolles, ruhiges Naturstein...

Ein tolles, ruhiges Natursteinhaus, das kaum Wünsche offen lässt. Küche, Wohnbereich, Badezimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse bietet sowohl sonnige, als auch schattige Plätze und einen Blick bis zum Meer. Einzig die Stabilität des WLan war trotz größter Bemühungen der Verwalterin und Besitzerin nicht wirklich gut. Wenn man nicht darauf angewiesen ist, ist das aber auch kein Problem. Wir haben die Buchung jedenfalls keine Minute bereut und würden gerne wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen. Reisetipps: Die südliche Toscana ist natürlich anders, als der Norden. Sowohl landschaftlich, als auch verkehrstechnisch. Man ist auf jeden Fall auf ein Fahrzeug angewiesen, auch wenn der Ort Scansano einige gute Restaurants und Bars aufweist. Ideal ist die Gegend zum Motorrad fahren. Viele umliegende Dörfer (auch die, die nicht im Reiseführer stehen) sind sehenswert und auch Siena und die Küste sind gut zu erreichen. Am Strand findet man sowohl viele freie Abschnitte, als auch Bäder. In den Bergen des Monte Amiata und in den umliegenden Naturparks gibt es viele gut gekennzeichnete Wanderwege. Nicht verschweigen wollen wir, dass es in dieser Region sehr gute Weine gibt, die man an den Fattorien oder auf verschiedenen Festen verköstigen kann.

Sehr charmantes Häuschen in wundebarer Lage. Netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern und vor allem zu ..., der wunderbaren Hausverwalterin! W–Lan funktionierte nicht, war aber zum Zeitpunkt unserer Reise nach Vermieterangabe ein allgemeines Problem in der Gegend. Auch nicht weiter schlimm – wer in dieser herrlichen Landschaft weilen darf, braucht das Internet nicht!

zweifelsohne eine traumhafte Lage, relativ ruhig, schöner Blick, aber etwas verwohnt, teilw. mangelhafte Ausstattung (z.B. ein uralter Computerbildschirm, als "Fernsehgerät"), muffiger, teilw. schimmliger Geruch Reisetipps: schön zum Motorradfahren, weil wenig Verkehr, anmutige Landschaft, lohnenswerte Ziele wie Pitigliano, Lago di Bolsena etc. in der Nähe, leider teilw. schlechte Straßen
