After 42 years of hosting guests in our home, we have redeveloped the property into a Beautiful Custom- 6 bedroom 5.5 Bath Townhouse in downtown Sea Isle with a 3 stop elevator. 1 Block to the Beach and Promenade. Walk to Everything! 1/2 a block off Landis Ave. Park your car in one of the 4 off-street spots and walk to Restaurants, shopping, nightlife and everything else Sea Isle is famous for. Large open living, dining, kitchen on the top floor. 2 large front decks, 4 rear covered balconies. Nice sized grass backyard and an enclosed outside shower. Bedrooms: 1 Primary Suite with a king sized bed and covered deck. 2 Primary Suites with queen sized beds and balconies. All three primary suites have walk-in tile showers. 2 bedrooms with a jack and jill bathroom with a tub/shower (1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and 1 bedroom with a twin over full bunkbed) The bonus room (6th bedroom) has a balcony with steps to the backyard, convertible sectional that becomes a full sized bed and a full bathroom with tub/shower.

Great Family Beach House

This is a great beach house for a family! The house is brand new and there is lots of space for everyone. The location is stellar - just two blocks to the beach and also close to lots of restaurants and shops. The hosts are great - very responsive and they have really put a lot of thought into making the house a perfect beach getaway. We can't wait to go back!
