Great location, close to beach and boardwalk
Posted Aug. 4, 2023 on HomeAwayCondo was exactly what we expected. It was clean, quiet, close to the beach/boardwalk and the parking, deck and beach tags were great bonuses. The property manager was accomodating to our calls and responded promptly if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend for those looking for properties close to boardwalk/beach.

Little apartment with a short walk to the beach!
Posted Jul. 30, 2023 on HomeAwayMy family of four enjoyed our two night stay at this location! It’s older but clean, the pictures are accurate. We didn’t spend much time inside because we were just a short walk from the beach and boardwalk. We felt safe walking there even in the evening, too bad the ice cream shop on the corner was closed down. My only suggestions for visiting families is bring dish soap and paper towels. The apartment could also use additional places to hang towels. Overall great stay!

Close to boardwalk/beach
Posted Jul. 30, 2023 on HomeAwayOverall, the stay was good. Location was very close to beach and boardwalk. We were in town for a softball tournament and shared the location with another family. It was cramped but manageable. The owner, Erick, helped us with our parking and when we needed something, he was to us within minutes. Air conditioning worked and the residence was clean. 5 stars.

Not for groups of friends
Posted Jul. 15, 2023 on HomeAwayWhen our group came back from the beach with a few friends the owner showed up in front of the home - he then insisted on doing a walk through of the rental. As a group of young women, this was frightening to say the very least. I’ve never had a renter need my ID when I went on property, but when we arrived we not only had to sign different contracts, I also felt as though I was convincing the owner to allow us to stay (even though we had of course paid for the rental already). I signed these contracts feeling as though I had no choice, which I of course didn’t since we had no where else to stay. The rental itself was in decent condition, but we felt on edge our entire time inside the property. Needless to say would not recommend for groups of friends.

Its very exaggerated the way you portrait it, I guess you can write a beautiful novel out of any situation.Group rentals during prom season are all told that this is a family oriented rental where additional guest are not allowed parties are not allowed and contracts will need be signed and ID's will be required even in the polices its stated, for the entire time you are left on your own unless you choose to breach the no guest rule , if you wanted to throw a party don't book the place that says Family Friendly on the headline.

fairly good stay

However, there was no trashcan in the bathroom to throw away feminine hygiene products and even though the apartment can fit 5 guests, the host did not have enough beach passes for all of us. Additionally, the host repeatedly came back to the complex during our short stay. Although I do not think this was his intent, it felt like we were constantly being checked up on for no reason and could not fully relax during our stay. Nonetheless, the location is very close to the beach and the apartment was clean. Would recommend to families rather than a group of friends.

Thanks for the feedback, housekeeping must have forgotten to return it after cleaning it, There are 4 tags as listed in the VRBO site. I live in one of the 4 units.
