When we want to get away to the beach, Rivertide Suites has been our best choice for a number of years. A full kitchen and washer and dryer. It feels like home.

Our stay at Rivertide Suites was okay overall. The room had the basics for cooking and the master bathroom was the highlight. TVs in the living room and master (small ones), but none in the second bedroom. Walls are thin, and there’s no EV charging, though staff kindly helped with an extension cord. Seaside isn’t very EV-friendly in general. We also lost power in the bedrooms, but the staff was very accommodating and made the stay better.

The lady staff did not even notice today was my birthday when I checked in!!!! She checked my driver license for 10 sec.. big disappointment! Not thoughtful at all. In addition, the room smelled awful, and asked to switch to another one.

The room has everything we need: a kitche with a big fridge, washer & dryer, ironing board, microwave, etc. Also a swimming pool and hot tub. Bathtub in the room also has jets. Very friendly staff. The best hotel we've had in Seaside.

This property is exceptionally maintain. Customer service is unbelievable and very personal. Their wine bar has an excellent selection of wine and their food selection is low in number, but the quality is excellent. Parking and security lighting is excellent and the rooms are quiet. I received an upgrade to the one bedroom suite which was as large as my first condo. I will always stay here in the future. If you want to have a safe stay with excellent facility and service this is the hotel to stay in.

The parking space was very narrow on some areas and we had a compact car. Couple of the white towels were stain so they looked dirty/used. The bed was worn out. But besides all that, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The building felt very safe. The location is around alot of fun attractions. I would come back!
