This property is exceptionally maintain. Customer service is unbelievable and very personal. Their wine bar has an excellent selection of wine and their food selection is low in number, but the quality is excellent. Parking and security lighting is excellent and the rooms are quiet. I received an upgrade to the one bedroom suite which was as large as my first condo. I will always stay here in the future. If you want to have a safe stay with excellent facility and service this is the hotel to stay in.

We liked that every room was a suite and had everything we needed so didn’t have to worry. Beds are nice and loved the fireplace. This property is close to everything and Beach .

Nice clean, spacious room with a great view of the river and town. Restaurants in Seaside are seemingly all tourist traps so the fully stocked kitchen was a godsend. My children loved the pool and hot tub, which had puddle jumpers and life vests available for non-swimmers to float around safely and independently meeting other kids so mom and dad can watch comfortably from the hot tub 5 feet away. What a relief for us to land here on a long road trip with no prior knowledge of Seaside!

The location is so vlose to everything and the staff is amazing! They have a texting option that starts a few days before check-in and verify arrangements and also let's you reach out to them while staying there.

Great quiet location in Seaside!

Really nice location in Seaside! We were there for a show at the convention center, so it was convenient. But it was right near the main strip of Seaside, and everything was a very short walk! Including getting to the beach for evening bonfires and s'mores! Plenty of room... water pressure and temps were great! Place was clean. We'd definitely stay there again when we visit Seaside! If we had to ask for improvements, the only thing would be, the queen sofa pullout... they were comfortable, but made a lot of noise when the kids moved on it... But this was minor and earplugs and closed doors fixed the problem :) HIGHLY recommend!

Very convenient, nice view, and spacious. I just didn't like the room service part for the price that I paid for. We were there for 8 nights, 9 days and even after I scheduled for room service, they still missed to clean our room. They only came 3 days later. Also, it was nice of them to give out a complimentary laundry pods. However, the staff were very inconsistent. One lady was only giving 2 pods at a time while others were giving 6 pods at a time.

Great for families!

Clean, comfortable and quiet with friendly service. Our room was on the first floor, directly adjacent to the lobby, and we were concerned about noise. But, it was surprisingly quiet, even on a very busy weekend! We especially appreciated the spacious layout, the in-room washer and dryer (great after a day at the beach), and the fireplace. We will be back!
