We loved the property and staff. Hotel was beautiful in the main lobby. Excellent food in Stella. Staff was exceptional. Rooms were clean and well appointed with the exception of a/c not cooling the living room and bedroom area properly so it was considerably warm. I will be returning.

The bathroom wall had hair stuck to it. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. When I asked to have it cleaned it was ignored. The hotel itself is historic but the staff needs to be more aware and attentive.

A Wonderful Hotel with Exceptionl Service!

The hotel was a true delight, beautifully appointed and very clean. The staff was exceptional! Everyone was very friendly, responsive and so helpful. I love vintage buildings and this one fit the bill. The only fault was that my room was a little warm as the air condioner was on the small side. I'll definitely book here again when next in town. I also ate in the garden patio twice and each time was a culinary delight.

The window of the room we had was broken and didn't close all the way. It was difficult to sleep during the night due to the noise. The staff mentioned they'll either fix it or change our room - None of that happened. We had to keep following up at the front desk and waste time during our vacation.
