One of our worse stays

Check in was okay. Got to the hotel and they couldn't put us in the room we booked due to maintenance so they put us in two separate rooms, which sucked since we share our luggage and such. The lady checking us in was super nice though. My room was horrible. The bathroom was not up to par with the light not covered and a bug came out of it. The room looked redone but it's clear that it was not the best workmanship.

Not bad, not great

It was fine as far as airport hotels go. I’ve certainly had way worse. However the vinyl flooring in the hallways was an awful choice. Could hear every step and everything echoed. Could also not get consistent water temperature in the shower, would go from scalding hot to ice cold. I liked that the airport shuttle runs 24/7 and the person running the check in counter was very nice and friendly even though it was 1am.

Staff were nice and friendly and responsive when I had brought up a couple of concerns. They were quick to resolve minor issues with my room. Despite this being close to the airport it was quiet! Walkable distances to transit stops and stations and easy to get around.

Shuttle schedule was ineffective, never received confirmation in 15 minutes. After waiting on hold for another 15 minutes on the phone, we took a taxi. Hotel did not offer to cover the charge. Hotel room did not have accommodations for 3 although we clearly booked for three. We took the shuttle to the cruise ship. The driver said he was going to the pier, but then proceeded to the airport instead. Turns out, he didn't understand English and didn't understand words like boat, cruise, pier, etc. after returning to the hotel, the real cruise shuttle picked us up. In all, this was not a quality experience. There was only one front desk person and we had to wait in line for the simplest of questions. They were helpful, just not enough people to serve our needs.

This is an aging property they are trying to improve. Rooms are small, only half small pillows. They advertise breakfast, but very limited options & no juice available because the machine was broke.
