The room was clean, spacious, and included chairs, tables, dresser, and couch in addition to a comfortable bed. There was also the usual tv microwave and a small refrigerator. It was exactly what we needed. Best of all, the hotel is within easy walking distance of 2 hospitals, Virginia Mason and Swedish. Front desk and staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel is in an older building and while it had charm, there are a few things that need a little fixing. Everything essential worked for us. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Older rooms but very comfortable beds and very clean. Great location and perfect if you have to go to the hospital. Highly recommend! Great price as well.

Charming, soothing for those here for medical reasons. Very convenient and reasonably priced. Lots of little delis in the area.

Old property. Rooms to hot. Toilet ran continually.

Had to call desk to send up housekeeping due to things on the carpet. Not vacuumed. They did come and clean it up right away.

Very pleased with staff. I had interactions with 4 team members and each were very helpful and pleasant. Room was much smalled than shown in pictures but still nice. Bathroom was clean. Bed and pillows were very nice! My only complaint was how cold the room was. Staff did bring a heater but it was not enough to warm up the room. Even with this, i will return when coming to Seattle for medical care.

Hi Kimberly:You totally get us!! Our greatest amenity is the warm and caring team providing service at the front desk and keeping our rooms clean and ready for our guests. Our historic property has challenges when it comes to regulating temperature between rooms (think college dorm) but we embrace our value of creativity and work hard to ensure guests are comfortable. I wish we could've hit that issue out of the park. Nonetheless, we look forward to welcoming you back the next time you come our way.

Total dissappointment

That was the worst experience I ever had with a reservation. I made a reservation through you; Hotels.com, we arrived at that horrible hotel the night of the 29th not knowing that there was a mistake on the reservation that supposed to be for September 29 not the 30th. The counter clerk was a kid who told me about the mistake and told me that I should call Expedia because the reservation was made through them. first of all Expedia took a long time to answer and after that their answering machine never recognized the reservation. I explained to the hotel attendant what was happening and if he could’ve give us a room that night and he refused to do that, so, we ended un on the street with no solution to our problem and looking for another hotel to stay somewhere else. I am so disappointed that I will never use your services agin
