This is not a nice hotel. I was lured in by the “resort” moniker. I’ve stayed at Hampton Inns that have more amenities than this hotel. It was the first time I’ve ever been in a hotel with plastic command hooks in the bathroom The entire hotel needs to be upgraded. I will say all the staff were very nice, and the food at the restaurant was better than I expected.

Everything was great. The towels were very old. i suggest buying new towels. The carpet in the hallways should be either replaced or washed. Property is beautiful. Thanks,

Property in nice location at Bell Rock. Hotel was short staffed, no one cleaning room daily, Tables & chairs at pool were a mess with no attendance there. Room was way overpriced for size and amenities. We did not eat at hotel as there were many restaurants in town with way better views and style for a comparable price.

When we showed up to check in for our 2 night stay, we were informed that they were “relocating” us for the first night as they didn’t have a room for us. They claimed that our room “was damaged” and unavailable, and that there were no other rooms available AT ALL. So after some back and forth we (unwillingly) agreed to stay in the other hotel for the night because we had no choice. We were traveling with our 2 young kids so this was a huge amount of shuffling ahead of us with what the hotel manager was proposing.
The other hotel was not comparable, but that’s obviously a separate review. But, we drove 8 hours expecting to stay at the Hilton and they put us up in a spot that wasn’t the same quality at all.
The next day, the new manager on staff (Michael) was super helpful and did his best to make it right for us. He really offered us a lot, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, our trip was overall unsalvageable because we spent so much time packing and unpacking, our kids were exhausted, we were over it.
The time we did spend at the Hilton was nice, the room was clean, beds were comfortable, pool was fun, and the food was good. My kids enjoyed it once we were there. The location was great for hiking and dining spots. It’s outside of the busier downtown area so it feels more remote while also being close to everything.

It was a beautiful location and very good customer service. The room could have been cleaner for the price, but nothing major. There was a spider in the shower with me which scared me! The price was very high, but overall good experience.
