This is a beautiful waterfront destination designed for hosting and making beautiful memories. The heart of the home is the open concept living and dining area. The kitchen features sprawling granite countertops, double ovens, and a large center island.

Relax in the shade of the covered patio or beneath a canopy of trees overlooking the water. Enjoy grilling and yard games like cornhole.

This pet friendly property is perfect for a family gathering ,, we had a wonderful family Easter weekend ,, the house is super clean , nice open concept ,huge kitchen with all we needed ,, the backyard with a super relaxing river view ,, we barbecued some steaks , the gated patio was perfect for our pet host was always responsive ,, beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean we will be back !! The house was so comfortable and clean with plenty of room for my family, my sister’s family and our parents. We loved the quiet safe neighborhood. Our dogs loved running around in the big backyard. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay there again!

Grandma, two sons, two wives, four gkids stayed here during Thanksgiving. We appreciated the double oven and many kitchen items. Easy trip to Walmart or HEB for perishable food. Large refrigerator accommodated the cases of drinks we brought along. Ample towels. I brought wash cloths, soap, and shampoo/conditioner which we needed. The family met up in the large living area for breakfast and games. The master suite and separate studio casita provided roomy privacy for each family. It was a successful trip with lots of love shared in a lovely setting. Thanks for sharing your place.

Our stay in this peaceful neighborhood at this spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home with a cozy Casita studio apartment located right on the Guadalupe River. The setting was perfect for a relaxing getaway, and the host’s homemade cookies upon arrival were a thoughtful touch.We enjoyed some great local food, including BBQ and breakfast tacos, and spent time relaxing by the river and exploring the area.

Perfection

I guess everyone has their idea of a perfect getaway house/property to stay in for a few days and I'm no different. We have stayed in dozens of places over the last 40 years and I will say this weekend was the best place we've found for the location, price, roominess, and overall experience for my wife and family. Had a wedding to attend in New Braunfels and wanted to stay someplace close but not necessarily in NB. Found this house in Seguin right on the river. Extremely quiet neighborhood. Lots of room in the house with an adjoining casita that my daughter and son-in-law stayed in featuring a king size bed, kitchenette and bathroom. Our grandson had his own room with a queen bed, and my two granddaughters had their own room with twin beds. The master bedroom was great with a king bed, large bathroom and walk-in closet. Huge kitchen/dining area and the living/dining/kitchen all look out over the back yard and river. Courtney was super easy to get in touch with and respond and the fresh cut flowers and chocolate chip cookies on arrival were an extra special touch. Thanks for the great weekend accommodations and if we need to get back that way for a stay we will definitely be in touch!!

The house is fine. The management team is not. They sent multiple messages throughout every day, asking us to bring the trash cans they had left by the road up, and to shut the garage door, etc. Which is fine but made us feel uncomfortable as if they were watching us at all times.Then upon checkout, they charged us added fees for the overflowing outdoor trashcan and minimal trash left in trash cans inside the house. I have attached photos of what they sent us. They accused me of breaking the shower which was already broken when we arrived. The river is dry on the property and not swimmableThere is no water pressure in the showersBeds are semi comfortable

University Graduation Celebration

The layout of the rooms was perfect for our group. The amenities were superior. Fun was had by all! The host left us a welcome with cookies and a celebration banner. We could not have imagined a better setting for our granddaughter’s graduation celebration.

March Madness trip

We chose this property for the location to the Alamodome. We are UH fans and alumni and wanted a beautiful home to enjoy while we commuted to the games. This place is amazing! We will book again because of its open space and great firepit on the River.

Very peaceful neighborhood and clean home.

We were in town for a few days for a high school softball tournament. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The house is in peaceful neighborhood and super clean. I recommend this home to anybody looking for a great stay.

Baseball parent's getaway

We throughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful house. VOur host was communicative and helpful and so accommodating. Would 100% recommend staying here!! Backyard has a great view! Spacious home and plenty of parking space!
