This amazing villa, surrounded by a spectacular mountain landscape and with private pool, offers accommodation to 8 guests in Caimari.
This finca becomes a dream-like place for those who love nature and peace, since the country and mountain landscape around is wonderful. You have the water salt pool in front of the beautiful stone building. It sizes 8 x 4 metres and the water depth ranges from 0.7 to 1.9 metres. It's perfect to cool down after basking in the sun on one of the 8 sunloungers. Then, you can wash off under the spray of the exterior shower and enjoy porches and terraces with a glass of wine and a delicious BBQ.

Inside, you'll be welcomed by an airy dining - kitchen with a living area, where you can cook succulent dishes on the gas hob, enjoy your meals together and then sit and chat on the sofa. There is one bedroom with twin beds and a closet by the dining room. There also is a bathroom with a shower on this floor. Upstairs you have the second dining kitchen open to the main living area that offers TV-sat. Here you have 3 more bedrooms with AC. One has a double bed and terrace, another has twin beds and the last one has a double bed, an en-suite with a bath and closet. There is another bathroom with a shower on this floor. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 2 cots and 2 high chairs.

The villa is located just 900 metres from the village of Caimari, a small and peaceful Majorcan town at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range. Here, you'll find the basic services like bars, restaurants and a small grocery shop. From here you can start hiking and biking routes but you can also drive. The nearest beach is Playa de Muro, about 23.2 km away.

Villa was beautiful and in such an amazing location. Lovely and quiet and not far from shops and restaurants. Although, Pep, the owner really made our stay perfect. He was so helpful and kind and nothing was you much trouble. An absolute Star! Can't wait to go back!

A wonderful place for cycling and relax

Even for a group of 8 adults there was plenty of room in the beautifully situated house. The 2 huge terraces allow a blik on the nearby mountains. The beautiful and stylish house offers everything you need on vacation. A bottle of olive oil and almonds from our own production was also included. At night it is nice and quiet and you can hear the crickets and scattered sheep - very soothing. It is an ideal base for cycling and hiking. The nearby village of Selva is also very nice and offers good opportunities to eat well. We will come again.

Nos sentimos muy cĂłmodos (5 adultos + 2 niños). La finca es genial y se corresponde con las fotos. Nos impresionĂł especialmente la amplia terraza. El jardĂ­n estĂĄ cuidadosamente dispuesto y la limpieza de la finca es notable. SerĂ­a estupendo que el dormitorio de la planta baja tambiĂ©n estuviera equipado con aire acondicionado. Pero este es el Ășnico punto que podrĂ­as optimizar. El anfitriĂłn es extraordinariamente amable y servicial. Las preocupaciones menores (por ejemplo, la iluminaciĂłn de la piscina se apagĂł una vez) se procesaron de inmediato. Cuando pedimos un perchero, no tardĂł en llegar y el anfitriĂłn nos entregĂł uno nuevo. En resumen, una direcciĂłn superior para unas vacaciones de finca tranquilas y relajantes donde no nos faltaba nada. Absolutamente recomendable.

wir haben eine Woche ins Paradies schnuppern dĂŒrfen. Das GrundstĂŒck und die Finca haben all unsere Erwartungen ĂŒbertroffen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Alles sauber und ordentlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Finca ist sehr ruhig gelegen inmitten von Olivenhainen . Man kann also prima entspannen und die wunderschöne Natur genießen. Selbst die Betten waren super und das will bei uns was heißen, weil wir die eigenen immer vermissen. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder zum Auftanken!

Der Außenbereich ist einfach traumhaft und lĂ€dt zum Entspannen ein. Es gibt einen gepflegten Garten und einen Pool, der ideal ist, um sich an heißen Tagen abzukĂŒhlen. Besonders positiv ist, dass der Hausbesitzer jeden Morgen vorbeikommt und sich um den Außenbereich und den Pool kĂŒmmert. Das sorgt fĂŒr eine angenehme und gepflegte AtmosphĂ€re. Unserer Meinung nach, war der Pool nicht ausreichend gechlort, was zu EntzĂŒndungen bei zwei GĂ€ste fĂŒhrte. Die Zeitsteuerung fĂŒr die Klimaanlage war tagsĂŒber in Ordnung (ausgeschaltet). Allerdings wurde sie auch zu einem ungĂŒnstigen Zeitpunkt ĂŒber Nacht ausgeschaltet. Dadurch war es im Obergeschoss jede Nacht sehr heiß, was den Schlafkomfort stark beeintrĂ€chtigte. Trotz dieser kleinen MĂ€ngel, handelt es sich insgesamt um eine sehr tolle Unterkunft, welche ich empfehlen kann. Der wunderschöne Außenbereich und die gut ausgestattete KĂŒche sind definitiv herausragend.

Wir bedanken uns fĂŒr die herzliche Gastfreundschaft, den tollen Obstkorb und andere Kleinigkeiten zur BegrĂŒĂŸung . Wir haben die Zeit in der Finca sehr genossen! Das Haus und GrundstĂŒck ist sehr schön und absolut gepflegt. Wir haben uns gefreut, dass es auf den Terrassen bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten gibt, Wolldecken etc. was in der Vorsaison Abends durchaus notwendig ist. Wir wĂŒrden sehr gerne wiederkommen. Nuestra estancia fue estupenda.

La casa es muy fiel a las fotografĂ­as, la ubicaciĂłn es preciosa a los pies de la Tramuntana. Los espacios y las estancias estĂĄn muy bien pensados y equipados con todo lo necesario. El piso de arriba es sĂșper acogedor. Pasamos unas noches muy agradables calentĂĄndonos y cocinando junto a la barbacoa. Pep, fue muy amable y accesible y estuvo al pendiente en todo momento durante nuestra estancia. ÂĄSin duda repetirĂ­amos en verano para disfrutar al mĂĄximo del jardĂ­n y la piscina!

Nos quedamos sin alojamiento en el Ășltimo momento y tuvimos que buscar uno para el mismo dĂ­a. Por suerte nos encontramos con esta propiedad. Los dueños muy amables y nos explicaron todo con detalle. Nos pusieron mantas de mĂĄs ya que por desgracia la calefacciĂłn de pellet no funcionba y eran dĂ­as festivos por lo que nadie estaba disponible para venir a arreglarlo, pero por suerte por la noche con el edredon estabamos bien. Desde el balcĂłn se ve el amenecer y era un gustazo despertarse a esas vistazas

Lovely house with a stunning view. The upstairs part is great for breakfast and downstairs for late dinner (indoor lighting can be a bit strong) Bbq corner very good! The outdoor is perfect and the pool too!

Sehr schöner SpÀtsommer in der Cas Colector

Wir hatten mit 8 Personen eine wunderbare Woche in der sehr schönen Finca mit dem herrlichen Blick. Pep war sehr freundlich und hat sich immer um uns gekĂŒmmert wenn wir Fragen hatten. War super. Danke.
