My first and last time at this hotel

What I liked about this hotel: - great location, surrounded by convenient stores, restaurants and cafes - Metro station is within walking distance - Lotte outlet and mart is also within walking distance What I did not appreciate: - found a small cockroach in the room - room looked a bit old - housekeeper forgot to close my room door after cleaning - no luggage trolley service at the taxi drop off point. Basically there was no staff to help. We had 6 pieces of luggage. Tried calling front desk for help but no one picked up. We struggled a bit from the drop off point to the hotel reception which was located on 19th floor

The property was very clean, quiet and most of all the, professional and courteous staff at the Four Points Sheraton, Josun. The only drawback is on a busy street, otherwise, it was a great stay, that's walkable to eateries, the Seoul Station and most of all, the Lotte Zettaplex!
