Overall, everything was good and the staff was friendly. However, the biggest issue was breakfast – there were no fresh vegetables or greens, not even cooked ones, which was disappointing. Another major problem was the noise. The soundproofing is very poor – it felt like other guests were inside the room with us. The hotel has older buildings with wooden partitions, which makes noise travel very easily.

Terrible experience. There’s molds in the bathroom in my room. The towels in bathroom were so old it looks like they’re using it for at least 5yrs. The entire place, everything was closed ( patio, bench etc) only parking lot and restaurant were opened (it wasn’t snowing). Restaurant staffs were so rude, and the whole restaurant was smoggy with their fire stove. I asked them to turn fan on but they just opened two tiny windows only. They were so rude and buffet food was 1 out of 5.

A Beautiful National Park!!! And the lodge and accommodations were excellent. Definitely liked the lodge/dining room as the food was delicious. Compliments to the chef. It should be on everybody’s list of places to go in the USA. Absolutely amazing.

Great location and view, probably the best place in the Sequoia National Park. The bathroom definitely has seen better days. Moldy smell, towels aren't very clean neither.

Yes, the only thing I’d mention is that having coffee or a light snack available between breakfast and lunch would be really helpful, especially for guests who can’t make it before 10 a.m

The check in lady was cranky and not very welcoming. The male receptionist was nice. The bathtub did not drain water during the first shower so I had to use a disposable chopstick to fish out the materials from the dirty clogged drain. I got about 2/3 of a cup full of hair and other yucky material from the drain. It was nasty. Afterward, the water drained ok. There were mole on the soap dispenser and the shower curtain. The young waitress for dinner gave my husband a dirty look when he asked for a glass of water. All she did was taking our orders, brought the drinks and never came back to check on us. Too bad, she was overworked. The food was good.
