The house (65 square metres) can accommodate up to 4 people and is completely at your disposal.
Your four-legged friends are also very welcome! The access road to the house is narrow in some places, leads uphill and has bends, but you don't need four-wheel drive.

If you want to leave this cosy wellness oasis, you can visit the white sandy beaches of Versilia or play a round of golf or tennis, also in Forte Dei Marmi. Forte dei Marmi is a real hotspot with international boutiques, authentic restaurants and bars that invite you to socialise in the evenings. The weekly market (Wednesday and Sunday) is also highly recommended.
The immediate surroundings are ideal for walks or cycle tours.
The marble quarries in Carrara and the art cities of Tuscany can be reached quickly and easily.

Entrance on the ground floor into an ‘open space’ - kitchen-living room with 1 double sofa bed, sofa table, smart TV, kitchenette with induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, marble sink, toaster, filter coffee machine, conservatory which serves as a dining room with wood burning stove (wood provided by the owners) - the French windows can be opened. 1 bathroom with large shower, WC, bidet, stone washbasin, spiral staircase to the 1st floor: 1 double bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers, Smart TV, a window door with stunning panoramic views, access to a balcony with bistro table and chairs.
The fenced garden (approx. 1m high, in the lower part of the fence a mesh fence approx. 40 cm) is laid out in terraces - on one is the jacuzzi (2.50 x 2.30m - 3 pers.); there are tables and chairs in various spots in the garden. There is also an electric barbecue and an outdoor shower. Enjoy the spectacular view from the sunbeds in the garden and the togetherness!
The house has been renovated with great attention to detail and charm - the furnishings are stylish and also offer all amenities.
