Nice staff but not enough staff and you have to wait long for a table to be cleaned. Meal times are very busy and not enough space for all the gusts in the restaurant.Very limited space inside where there is AC while outside space is hot like hell. Food options are very limited and not nice food. No AC available in the lifts. The buildings are far from each other so you have to walk long in the heat to go to the restaurant or bars. Even the spa is far from the building so no point to use the spa because you will be sweating and dirty by the time you go back to the room. Cleaners come to your room just to fold your clothes and fix the bed but toilet/bathroom not cleaned unless you call them or tell them

I liked the pool , staff very polite and friendly but the restaurant was smelling off egg they should do something about it . The hotel very big and the map or directions signs not in every where I lost my way so many times so if you book room it’s better in main building to be close to restaurants, bar and reception because other rooms are out of no where .

The hotel is not 5 star. The rooms are very run down and small. The beds are awful. The loud fake bird sound in the pool areas does not allow you to relax at all. The beach is easy to get to and lovely to sit at with bars near by. They struggle to cater for vegans or any allergy related diets. At checkin nothing is explained about what is on offer at the hotel Give you a map and then it is up to you to workout what is around. I would not stay at this hotel.

Most terrible hotel I stayed in my life. We need another holiday to recover from our experience. We were literally stranded there as we could not book bk home. Staff rude, no safety, no ac in rooms or restaurants, food very limited, the same and horrible, we were sent on boat trip where we were return to shore with small inflatable boat witout life jackets and we were left in the middle of no where, staf barely speak English. We are planning to make complain to Expedia and ask for full refund with compensation for flight tickets and the food we had to have outside the hotel and pay, and our leave that we lost.

This property is not a 5*! Food was so bland and same things every time. Rooms at most a 3*. Not very clean. Dirt and dust. We had sewage smell and no AC had to change room 3 times.

The staff were friendly. The property had lot of pools and a very good relax pool for adults. However, the bars around the pools had very limited options although it says ultra all inclusive not sure what the ultra is. Only the lobby bar served some good beverages but it is too far from the pools. The food is not bad but not exciting. Everday the same menu almost. The room is very old and the bed is uncomfortable. Air conditioning at night is automatically shut down not sure why so you wake up all wet from the heat. Many times You have to tell them to clean the room otherwise it was left uncleaned. I was supposed to get a garden view duplex room an upgrade for being a gold member however i got a very bad duplex room with no view.

Overall l wouldn’t class this a 5*,The food selection was ok but ran out of the best stuff once into service, selection of drinks good, room maintenance sporadic, severe lack of beds around pool areas, severe lack of seating in main dining area, tables not cleaned quick enough once free. The coffee shop, ice cream house and Mexican lunch areas were probably the best bits, cocktail guys were good at the evening’s entertainment but lengthy queues. Rooms average for a 5*, air con was poor.
