- Renters and guests of this condominium unit do not have access to or use of the Blue Harbor Resort water park and will not try to purchase a Day Pass, since the unit owner obtained a waiver of the Resort Amenity Fee.
- Guests can park in the assigned parking space (711), any unmarked spot, or street parking.
