Loved the reception staff nothing too much trouble. We arrived back from our show quite late so no food asked reception for room service but as can’t eat bread sandwiches were a nono for me but sandwiches were delivered for my partner and sandwich fillings for me absolutely delicious and complementary too. We will be back to see you again

Hotel was very good, nice location, decent price. Staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast options were excellent and the bar times very convenient for winding down after a busy day. My only comment would be regarding the bathroom where I would suggest that all bathrooms are fitted with low profile shower trays rather than a shower inside a bath, which was the situation in my room. For older clientele this would be considered at best inconvenient and at worst, dangerous….unfortunately I’ll soon be thinking of myself in those terms :)

When I arrived there was no staff on the check in desk. Waited a while to be seen. Went for a drink in the bar later on and found the bar man unfriendly and not very welcoming. No communication skills or manners. Disappointed overall.
