Room clean and fresh but booked a king bed suite and on arrival 2 beds and only one chair. Fortunately we arrived at 3 for check in and only 3 people in front of us as checkin was very slow, came down half an hour later and there was a long queue, system needs to be more efficient. Breakfast in the morning unorganised , no glasses for juice, no tables cleared no eggs, need more staff

Nice hotel. Booked a junior suite which was clean very spacious comfy big bed. Staff very friendly. Downside was check in. We did arrive early (1.30pm). I wasnt expecting the room to be ready but thought we try our luck and it wasnt. Told to come back in 30mins. So we returned at 2.30pm still wasnt ready. Told to come back at 3pm (check in time) Returned at 3.15pm and was met by a huge que of people waiting to check in. After 15mins of waiting went to check in and still the room wasnt fully ready. After a short wait it finally became available at 3.30pm. Apart from checking in everything else was ok. Car park is £10 for 24hrs

Rooms were great…didn’t expect to have a coffee machine. The breakfast was cold when I went down.. no glasses for juice. One member of staff was quite rude to the other when she was serving me…not very professional. All good otherwise :)
