"very good access to and from the airport, Upon arrival the check in process for us (English speaking) was very smooth and timely, we found our room to be clean and orderly, the bathroom had no exhaust ventilation and the lighting was poor, the tub had very high walls which were difficult for us seniors, the bedding was clean and comfortable, the HVAC worked well, our room was well maintained by the housing staff, the TV also worked well, we opted for the buffet breakfast which was well prepared and the dining area clean and efficient. This location upon arrival made it easy for us to travel to our other destinations within the country and when we returned to exit the country. We would stay here again."

"Clean hotel with fantastic location. Super easy to access from Shibuya. Note - despite access from the station, give yourself 5-10 mins to get to a train because the station is big. Rooms were small compared to western standards, but that may be the norm. Fitness center only had two treadmills and a core exercise contraption. Bathroom did all the things it needed to with high quality. Slept well. "

"The stay is near the famous crossing so you’re going to be near the luxury stores, tourist areas. Prime sport to be at. My room was cleaned every 2 days as part of their rules. Every time I did go back to my room it was neat and clean. My room was high up so I did get a pretty view of the high rise buildings. I’ve stayed here twice and would need convincing to find a different location. My room was small so it did pile up quick if I was buying stuff to take back home so be wary of that if you’re traveling solo. Staff was very accommodating even if I did not require their assistance. They do have a vending machine and laundry room but it does get used up quite often. They have the status of the 2 laundry units on their TVs so you can monitor usage. All in all, would highly recommend staying. "
