There was no hot water for a shower which was unacceptable, the TV was pixeling in and out, my second key did not work on opening the door. We ate at the buffet at 7: 15 pm the there was not much food to pick from and what was out was dried up from sitting 3 hours not worth the money !

What kind of modern hotel doesn't hve wifi. Room was clean but very stuffy and theres no way to crack a window or vent air at all. Shower curtain not on a curved bar so its sticking to you the whole time your trying to take a shower. Wish all hotels would move to walk ins.

We checked in , room was nice and clean. It had a Jacuzzi tub when I filled it up. It leaked because of the drain plug was broken. Took it down to front desk, We stepped away for about an hour stopped back by and picked up a new drain plug, went to room to enjoy the jacuzzi tub….there was no hot water, was advised maintenance was working on it and to please wait 10 minutes, then was told to wait and let them know I’m 15 mins. Still no hot water. Offered us another room, on another floor no hot water. I was so very disappointed, that was the main reason I drove an hour out of my way to boomtown.in the morning, we had hot water but no time to enjoy the in room jacuzzi. I was told that you issued a $30 credit but that the credit would come from you. I need to know if that is correct or not and when to expect the credit because I’ve been charged a full amount on my credit card please let me knowhour came
