It was my wife’s birthday weekend. So I decided to book a suite since it was a special occasion. And we were highly disappointed. Our room the AC put out so much moisture that the furniture, bed and floors stayed moist. Mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. Wallpaper peeling, cabinets delaminating etc. Aldo our suite had the option of an adjoining room. We didn’t have it but another family with small children who were very loud stayed next door to us. Tried to switch rooms but were informed they were sold out. They offer room service but after trying to connect over the phone to place an order for more than 30 min we gave up. Then the front desk just told us we had to come downstairs because they were too backed up. Highly disappointed with our stay here. Wish we could get a refund.

Food options on site was not good. They have hidden fees that were not on this site when booking. The rooms are not upgraded at all. The over all stay is not worth what we paid for for the night. I would definitely recommend staying at another hotel because ballys really do suck.

Very good experience

Even though we arrived late and everything was closed, the front desk was helpful and told us about the casino next door who had food. Room was very spacious, nice view and extremely clean. Great experience!
