The rooms weren’t clean I had dirty towel with make up and perfume on the towel rack. When dried face smelt strong odor. Nobody would answer front desk, room service or house keeping calls yet when went to front desk lady told me go back and call from your room so inconvenient to keep going downstairs with elevator constantly glitching.

It’s been years since we stayed at Ballys. The property has gone downhill. Everything smells like weed. Garage, hallways, etc. Staff was not friendly. We could hear the couple in the room next to us having sex. Thin walls and/or they were really loud.
