The place is in a beautiful region of the Tuscan Valley and does have a kitchen just plan on spending some time cleaning and make sure to wash the dishes..no English spoken here.

Nice apartment on the outskirts of Siena
Posted Aug. 22, 2016 on HotelsWe stayed there for one night while visiting Tuscany. The room or better yet the apartment was very spacious, nice Tuscan style. The only thing is that there is no "real" breakfast, although you do have some food in the apartment (marmalade, milk, butter,...).

It was just okay!
Posted May 17, 2016 on HotelsNo bathtub which was disappointing. Was located after a drive on a long dirt/gravel road, which gets really muddy when it rains. Lots of bees on the patio and near the entrance to our room. Don't make a mistake when you book, front desk will not help you out in anyway. Also, check in was extremely slow...about 45 minutes to check in and get escorted to our room which was a good drive away. And keep in mind the front desk takes a nap from noon to 3:30pm and front desk personal are there for a very limited time.

Tuscany Delight
Posted May 21, 2014 on HotelsA wonderful experience in the Tuscany hills overlooking the town of Siena. The host, Giuseppe, greeted us with a bottle of local wine and even drove me into town to instruct me how to obtain gas from a self-service station. The breakfast treats were standard fare but there was a refrigerator and stove in the large room. Very comfortable bed. Internet access was good. You will need a GPS to locate the B&B. A number of restaurants are located in Siena just a 10 minute drive from the B&B. A washing machine/dryer was in the room and available to wash/dry clothes for a small fee. Parking was in front of the property.

Fab place to stay!

Pros: The size of the cottage, the shower and the fact that it was warm.
Cons: Difficult to find. even using satnav: plan your route thoroughly before you start!
Location: Beautiful, just out of Siena.
An excellent place! Beautifully located and the owners are extremely welcoming. The cottages are warm, cosy and suitable for both summer and winter stay. My friend Alex and I had a brilliant time here; we were also easily able to drive to all the locations in Tuscany that we wanted to vist.

Nice stay in the countryside
Posted Oct. 5, 2012 on ExpediaHotel was very nice in a relaxing atmosphere away from the crowds. Owners were very friendly and gave answers the best they could, English skills weren't the best. Hot tub was going everyday and were able to use the larger washer/dryer normally reserved for the hotel. Driving into Siena is not an option given the ZTL's and limited parking, buses are erratic, and it's way to far to walk so be prepared to pay 13 euro (bargain) one-way to go into Siena.
