Per Sarasota County regulations, this property allows one rental per 30-day period. Please contact us for more information. The pool is heated between November 15th and April 15th. Cooler temperatures may impact heating performance. Starter packs of kitchen and toiletry essentials are provided for your first couple of nights. Free high-speed WiFi is included. We happily welcome 2 small dogs (up to 25 lbs) with a $250 fee per pet—breed guidelines apply to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone. The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 26 years of age.
