POOL DAYS

The backyard is the heart of Casa Sea Esta.

Your group has a private heated saltwater pool surrounded by spaces to swim, lounge, eat and spend the afternoon together without having to go anywhere.

You’ll have a private heated saltwater pool, chaise lounges and umbrellas, outdoor lounge areas, outdoor dining, a gas grill, firepit, outdoor shower, cornhole and outdoor games, all within a fully fenced backyard.

After the beach, rinse off under the outdoor shower, drop the beach gear and head straight into the pool.

No loading everyone back into the car. No figuring out what to do next.

Just pool time.

MOVIE NIGHTS

When the beach day ends, the vacation doesn’t.

Casa Sea Esta has a dedicated theater and entertainment space where everyone can settle in for movie night after a full day outside.

Grab the snacks, turn down the lights and get comfortable.

And if nobody is ready to sit still yet, the games are waiting nearby.

GAME ON

Rainy afternoon? Kids need something to do? Adults getting competitive?

Perfect.

The entertainment setup includes arcade games, air hockey, foosball, Xbox, Smart TVs and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Outside, guests can also enjoy cornhole, Connect Four and the private pool.

Different parts of the group can do their own thing without anyone having to leave the house. Sometimes the best vacation nights are the ones you never planned to go anywhere.

Siesta Key is the reason you came. We make getting there easier.

Casa Sea Esta includes beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and beach wagon, so you don’t have to travel with half the garage.

The private saltwater pool can be heated for your stay.

Starter kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided to make arrival easier.

Exterior security cameras are installed at the front of the home for security and peace of mind. There are no interior cameras.

Casa Sea Esta is located in a residential area of Siesta Key. The nearby street can become busy, so some road noise may be heard while using the backyard.

The property operates under applicable Sarasota-area vacation rental regulations.
