Siesta Key, beach front condo on America's #1 Beach! 2 BR, 2 Bath, Sleeps 6

This beach front condo is the perfect spot to enjoy America's #1 Beach, Siesta Key! Beautifully updated and remodeled with high end finishes though out, you are certain to enjoy all the Siesta Key lifestyle has to offer. This condo can comfortably sleep six, with a queen in the master, two twins in the guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the family room. Beautiful views of the white sand beaches of Siesta Key from nearly every room will greet you each morning! WIFI with a protected password is included for our guests.

Located in the Casa Mar Community you will find lots of wonderful amenities! There are two heated swimming pools, shuffleboard, tennis courts and several bbq's and covered parking. Casa Mar offers it's guests a private beach (right out your front door) , two covered beach pavilions and beach chairs and a beach shower!

We traditionally book on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday) or monthly basis. Rental periods outside of either of these are possible with 3 day rentals considered within 14 days of booking. Please contact us with information regarding custom rental periods.

We require a 50% reservation deposit upon rental booking. There is also a cleaning fee of $100.00 for all stays and a $59.00 damage policy requirement.

Host was available for every call. We loved the location. Right on the beach. Could leave our stuff on the beach and go in for lunch and right back out. When we were done at the beach we could go to the pool. Had lots of streaming channels on the tv for everyone to watch. The condo was beautiful and could watch the sunsets from the balcony. Would stay there again

What a great week, right on the beach!! Condo and location were perfect and had everything we needed. Deb was super responsive and the process was super smooth.If you are looking for a great place to stay right in the middle of Crescent Beach this is the one!

This was our second stay here and hopefully not our last! Absolutely beautiful property and condo. Everything you need and more. We made so many memories while we were there. The location is perfect. Not far from the village with tons of restaurants, and literally on the beach which is incredibly helpful with kids.

We had the most perfect vacation in Siesta Key!! This condo is top notch!! Everything you need for the beach! Beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler ( we added this addition), short set of steps to the white sand!! High quality exudes from this condo!! All the storage you could ever need to get everything out of the way. Central vac to keep the floors clean. High quality cooktop and cookware. Walking distance from captain Curts. Short car ride to the village of Siesta Key. Private beach that is not super busy!! We will be back and stay in this condo!! Deb the owner is so accommodating and readily available. We have absolutely nothing negative to say!! Thank you Deb and Siesta Key!!

Exceptional Stay!

The location and property itself is incredible! A gorgeous beach view from the condo, and a very comfortable stay. We were a party of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids) with plenty of space. Having 2 bathrooms and laundry in the unit was great. We had everything we needed. Even the pull-out bed in the living room was comfortable. Zero complaints! Deb is an incredible hostess and very responsive. We will absolutely come again!

The view of the beach!

The view of the beach was amazing. The condo was very neat and clean. Debra was excellent to communicate with during booking and when we arrived. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends to stay. Siesta Key is beautiful!

Everything we needed and more!!! My kiddos were constantly playing in the sand in front of the condo. The ocean is RIGHT THERE!!! The pools are so clean!!! My 9 year old son loved the shuffle board. Deb's condo is literally the perfect place for a family getaway with young children. There were puzzles and duplo blocks. So many books. Everything you could possibly need really. The tempurpedic bed in the master was the icing on the cake for me. I suffer from neck problems and I slept like a baby. Debra was very responsive during our stay and we will be back.

A few more staples (paper towels, bags, etc) would have been helpful. Need pillows replaced. Also would recommend a small rental booklet to explain operation of lights, A/V, TVs, induction stove, etc.Lovely overall with view and beach access that you can’t beat!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this beach condo! The unit was spotless and had everything we needed. The condo also had beach chairs and an umbrella for use! The view was absolutely stunning. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach. The host was super responsive and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

The best week

Spring Break trip with family-start to finish- was amazing. Communication with owner was top notch. House had everything we needed and the million dollar view was amazing. Sure wish there was a deck but the condo is awesome nonetheless. Washer/dryer made the stay even better-so easy and right in the unit. Plenty of sand and ocean toys and towels. We will be back!

Great location!

This location at Siesta Key is wonderful and quiet! Overlooking the beach directly was the best part! Only recommendations are to upgrade the seating. Couch and chairs are not very comfortable. Owner was very responsive when questions arised! Highly recommend this rental!!
