The condo itself is beautiful! It had everything that we needed! We loved the river and location! The bummer was that the airflow was blocked by the big carport in-front of the condo. With the unit being ground level we were thinking that it would cool off fast bc of the breeze weâd get off the river, but bc the carport is right in front of the unit it blocked all wind! It didnât cool off at all and was quite miserable in the evenings and at bedtime. We went and bought 3 fans to help with airflow while we there. The other bummer: we stayed 10 nights, packed pretty light thinking we would be able to do laundry while there. Night 2 I went to do laundry and the washing machine didnât work. I contacted the management who said they would send someone out the next day. I was thankful for that! They did send someone out however the management company never contacted me again to let me know they had come out or to let me know when the washing machine would be fixed. Only when I reached back out to them, did they inform me that the washing machine was not fixed and they did not know when it would be. They said they were having to have someone else come out to look at it. This was a huge inconvenience! We had to go to the laundromat to do laundry, instead of being able to do it at the condo that we paid for. If we were just staying a couple of days, it wouldnât have been a big deal, but the fact that we were staying so long made it huge inconvenience.
