Property Description
Mountain Vista 117 is a big, beautiful townhouse near the Blue River! End unit with attractive furnishings, garage and private deck. This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath sleeps 9. The unit is full of windows and views. The large deck overlooks the recreation path and yard area. Leather furniture, gas fireplace and large flatscreen in living room. Free WiFi and cable. Two car garage. The deck off the dining room has views of the Gore Range. Large fully-equipped kitchen with lots of counter space for meal preparation and stainless appliances. Kitchen bar seats 4. The dining area seats 6. The deck table seats 4 and the lower patio seats 2. Trailer parking is allowed in the garage, with vehicle parking outside.

Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen.
~ Queen, desk, private bath with double sinks, deep tub in master.
~ Queen, mountain views, ceiling fan in 2nd bedroom
~ Double in 3rd bedroom. Shared bath has double sinks and a deep tub.
~ Double/Twin Bunkbed, private bath, flatscreen in 4th bedroom off the garage or patio
~ An additional half-bath is located off the dining area.

2 cars can park in the garage or a trailer can be parked in the garage. 2 vehicles can also be parked in the drive. No street parking. *No trailer, RV, or commercial vehicle parking is allowed per HOA rules *

Located in Silverthorne near the Blue River. Easy access from Colo. Hwy 9. Just 15 minutes to Keystone Resort or Copper Mountain, 25-30 minutes to Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland. 35 Minutes to Vail. Bring your skates and sleds for free ice skating at nearby North Pond Park and free sledding at Rainbow or Maryland Creek parks. In the summer enjoy the Summit County Recreation Path which runs along the Blue River. The Raven Golf Course is nearby with 4 more world-class courses in the county.

Less than 5 minutes to local restaurants, brewpubs, Target with grocery, the Silverthorne Outlets, Silverthorne Recreation Center, Performing Arts Center and Silverthorne Pavilion, .

This is a nice property is well situated in Silverthorne close to our family and restaurants. Well appointed furnishings in general. Having nice linens and towels in place was great. Use of the garage was a plus. Kitchen could use some updating: a new pan for cooking eggs, a toaster oven (two toaster, one broken, the other so-so) The front curtain needs some repair and the bar stools do not match the height of the bar/counter (which seems abnormally high. Overall, very nice place that worked well for our family.

The only issue we had was the heat. We had a hard time adjusting the temperature down. It was very hot in the condo especially at night.
