I keep coming back to the Indigo because I find the rooms clean and comfortable, I love the decor, the simplicity, the robes and linens and the ease in terms of location. It's a nice hotel but not over the top, that perfect middle spot. It feels cared for. Very minor things I don't love are blackouts that don't completely seal out the street lights (at least in some rooms) and the bathroom faucet wide spray mode vs narrow spray mode.

Weekend getaway

The hotel was very nice. Extremely updated, very clean, very insulated and well built to not hear other guests like other hotels, the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were larger with a great shower.

Room was very nice and clean. Room number lighting outside the room was flickering and needs fixed. Bathroom was clean and fixtures were updated. Room lighting could be brighter as well as the bathroom. Need better road signage to figure out how to get to the hotel entrance as the main road does not have a direct entrance to the hotel driveway. Parking is easy and in the parking deck across the street. We enjoyed our stay.

Most at front desk were great. ( Katherine and Indie) Worst part about the hotel is that there are almost no useable outlets in the room especially next to the bed. One side has a reachable outlet. The other side has NONE. They plug in their lamps but you can’t get behind the bed to unplug that lamp. The headboard is attached OVER IT! There is too much furniture in the crowded room. The oversized desk across the room has an outlet in the desk but NO OUTLET on that side of the bed.There is no updating of outlets to be able to do your work. And the lighting was outdated, not LEED eco updated.2 guys at front desk promised an extension cord but said they could never obtain one. Did not go out of their way at all to help. But it looks nice. Appreciated the chocolate bites throughout hotel. They give you a drink coupon “for your troubles” but it’s ONLY GOOD 3-5 pm happy hr for ONLY a beer or wine ($5)! Nice housekeeping people. I don’t think we can stay there again mostly due to no updating of electrical outlets

Too much noise from upstairs, next door and the surrounding rooms to allow you to sleep properly. And there is 1 elevator on each side making waiting a thing. And our cards kept not working every day which was disappointing. Free parking was good.
