Only Skiers CO Vaca

we were an eclectic group consisting of my son&daughter-inlaw, daughter and son-inlaw, 2 ski buddies and son, all experienced skiers. accomodations were fine, the condo was well equipped and the views were great. would recommend this area and specific condo to any extended family/friends for comfort and accessibility to the resorts.

The outside patio was not clean.. the grill we couldn't use because it was dirty . the windows that led to the two patios wasnt clean.. which didn't make the views attractive in the morning.. I sent the photos to management, and they replied , " Someone would contact us about cleaning, but no one called us ." The place accomodated the number of people in our group. Plenty of cooking utensils.All fairness, we should receive a refund for the patio , grill, and windows in the amount we would have been charged if we left the place dirty.

Beautiful!

Beautiful inside and out!! Our adult family spent a long weekend skiing, eating, and playing cards. The layout of the condo was perfect with many bedrooms not on the main floor so early risers could get things done in the kitchen without waking others. Check in and communication were easy - my question was answered immediately. The view from the many windows and decks were like pictures. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of supplies although we could not find oven mitts. :-) It was so nice to park in the garage to load/unload cars and keep ski equipment inside. Do not hesitate to book this property!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Spacious townhome with gorgeous view!

Perfect spot for our family for an elopement weekend! The views are breaking during the fall, especially at sunrise! Very spacious to allow family and extended family to stay together.

You pay for the view

I feel like this property is way overpriced for what you get. You pretty much pay for the view and not the inside of the house. Several beds were broken and uncomfortable. There was no AC, so we had to leave doors and windows open in order to cool the house down. A lot of things besides the beds were broken on the home. We found the garage door opener the very last morning after cleaning the place on the breadbox in the kitchen, we were never told the location of it while checking in, why would you put it in the breadbox? We found lots of blonde hair everywhere, worn socks left in the bedrooms in between the dressers, ping pong balls under the beds, and even broken acrylic finger nails in the living area, so the house wasn’t cleaned very well before our stay. The sliding doors to the patio and decks were also broken so the only one we could use was on the top floor. There was also construction on the lower level on the outside that was not mentioned in the listing. I feel like for how much we paid for the week, it was not worth it as I am completely disappointed. This was our wedding week and we truly wanted it to be better than this.

Nice Mountain Condo

Tons of room in a very well appointed place with a fantastic view. Would stay there again. Had a minor issue with the dishwasher that we had to call maintenance about but they were responsive. One of the bedrooms you are not allowed to open the windows in for some reason.

We had a wonderful stay. Just a couple of comments for future guests. The house is on 3 levels which is great when spreading out multiple families but there are lots of stairs. The house is stocked full with supplies like dishes but lacking in items like pot holders, kitchen towels and dish soap. We never got the wifi to work. Views were stunning. All age groups loved the place!

Beautiful property, very difficult to communicate with owner

The property is very nice and easily accommodates a large group. The view off the back deck is stunning. The propane tanks (several of them) were empty when we arrived and the dishwasher had not been unloaded (minor issue I'd have ignored if not for the other communications issues). There was also no dishwasher soap to run the dishwasher. I went to the store and bought a propane tank and detergent and requested a refund and have yet to hear back. Communication with the property manager is very difficult compared to other places we have stayed. I emailed the owners and replied to their texts and never received a reply. They do have a number you can call during business hours and an after-hours emergency number... our issues were not emergencies, but we also didn't have time during our vacation during business hours, so I thought an email or text might be returned... no joy.
