Silverthorn Skiing & Hiking with Community pool/hot tub/Sauna.

This 1,466 square foot 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo (including loft) sleeps 8+ and features an updated kitchen, a wood-burning fireplace and a private patio. There are hardwood and slate floors throughout and solid pine doors. It's on the ground level of the complex with no neighbors above. Located in Silverthorne so you’re near Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Dillon, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Vail.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features wood beams and a vaulted ceiling. There's a flat screen TV mounted above a wood-burning fireplace comfortable seating for everyone. From here you can access the private deck that offers some greenspace where fun in the snow can be had or guests can relax on a warm summer day.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite tiled countertops. The dining area comfortably seats six with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The first of three full bathrooms is on this main level and it has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity and a door separates the shower/tub combination and toilet area for added privacy. The first guest bedroom has a twin over queen bunk.

The upstairs can be accessed from the main living area by a spiral staircase. The second guest bedroom is the open loft area and features a king-sized bed with a twin trundle. The upstairs also has a bonus/office room that has a desk and monitor that is a perfect kids playroom. There is a guest bathroom with a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. There is also a combination washer/dryer and laundry detergent is provided for your convenience.

Fantastic!

Joseph and Sarah were great hosts! Their home has all amenities needed. They even had a Christmas tree decorated with some stockings hanging from the mantle. Our kids loved their stay, too. There were some toys available, kids channels on the TV, and a cute "hideaway" back room upstairs where they could have kid-time. The clubhouse with indoor pool, hottub, sauna and laundry was a block away. We had it to ourselves each evening. I would definitely love to stay here again! Thanks Joseph and Sarah!

This property was perfect! It was both cozy and spacious at the same time. Loved the layout of the entire place. Not only was there plenty of room, but all of the beds were actually comfortable (which seems NOT to be the case in many places)!Having 3 bathrooms was also a huge plus. No one felt like they were on top of each other. It was clean and also, the kitchen had everything we needed. Definitely would stay here again!

Flexible sleeping options

Flexible sleeping options with up to 5 rooms where people could sleep. However, we had complaints about the comfort of the King bed in the loft area. The common areas aren't very big compared to the capacity of the bedrooms(ie: table only seated 6, living room only had seating for 6, smallish kitchen). Overall a very nice place, so I don't want to be too picky. Our family of 10 had a great time in this place and worked out the various inconveniences.

Very roomy

Great place to stay for a large group. My husband, myself and 6 of our young adult children/friends stayed for a long ski weekend. There was plenty of room for everyone and gear. The pool and hot tub area were oay. It was about a 10 min drive down the mountain for shopping and about 20 minutes to Copper.

Quiet problem free vacation

The home was clean, kitchen well-equipped, and linens clean and plentiful. Easiest stay ever! My only disappointment was the Pool/jacuzzi/sauna/game room was closed due to Covid, which wasn’t the fault of the management of course, nonetheless, I feel like we still paid for these amenities.

Great family vacation

We had 10 people stay and it was a great time. Enough room for everyone and lots of fun toys and games for kids all ages. Loved the little game room! Pool was great as well! Suggestions for future guests: bring chairs to sit outside as there was only one, bring tinfoil/baggies/saran wrap none is provided, and bring ice as there is no ice machine. Overall a 5 star for me!

Very Functional

First off, the Management Company was excellent. We has some issues and they were extremely positive and responsive. The ice machine in the freezer did not work. The sent a tech out and he couldn’t fix it, but he brought ice cube trays and that was a fine solution. No big deal. The place was clean. Clearly it’s an older place but they have done significant updates to make it feel “new”. It was very comfortable and manageable for my wife and I and our 2 adult children and their 2 friends. 6 was very comfortable, 8 people would do fine. 10 would be cozy but you could do it. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans etc. The management gets extra points, because I messaged in advance asking if they had a crockpot and they said yes. When we got there, no crockpot! I called and they had a brand new one delivered within 2 hours! Wow! On the negative side, there was a lot of trash in the area off the back deck, including some broken chairs. I notified the management, so hopefully that will be handled. Also, they were doing some sort of resurfacing of the parking area and had loud equipment running during the day. At times, it was very loud in our unit. Again, hopefully only a short term problem. If you like thick firm pillows, great! If not (like me) bring your own! We would stay here again if we ere in the area and needed a place for 6-8.

Great Condo! Great Location!(Silverthorne)

We had a group of 9 with 4 adults and 5 kids ages 7-16. The space worked really for us! Clean when we got there, plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, tons of blankets and pillows, fully stocked kitchen, lots of household products already there (dish soap, trash bags, coffee filters(there is a Keurig too)-check for stuff before you grocery shop). Location is on the end of the condos (close to the road though). There is a washer/dryer combo but don't count on the dryer to dry-we hung everything in the closet, toaster oven takes about 15 mins to brown a piece of a toast, and don't count on fans. They brought one but when one stopped working they stopped responding. The condo overall was great for us-outside the few things that didn't work the way we needed or hoped.

Spring Break 2020

The property was the perfect size for our 4 children and 2 adults. Plenty of room to spread out, and the loft is fantastic with the bonus game room! We were here during the coronavirus and all of the ski resorts shut down, but we did find a great sledding hill. It is on highway 6 heading towards Keystone resort just past the lake.

Room for everyone and conveniently located

We had five of us and each one had their own room. We had a great trip with all the fresh snow and easy access to the local resorts, Copper, Breck and Vail.

Cute property, needs better maintenance

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo did the job of sleeping 10 people comfortably. However, for what we paid I feel it should have been better maintained. Much was broken such as a leg on a piece of furniture, coffee machine, various decorations, washer/dryer ran for 6 hours without ever finishing. Biggest complaint was that the pool key was missing and despite constant texting with the number provided, we weren't ever able to get access to the pool, a big disappointment for the kids with energy to burn. Nice property, great location, obvious the owners aren't checking it that often.
