Villa Boa Vida is an elegant and welcoming residence, ideal for families or groups seeking a relaxing holiday in the Algarve.



The living and dining room is spacious and comfortable, perfect for gatherings with family or friends.



On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds en suite with shower and another with a double bed en suite with shower. There is also a guest bathroom available for greater convenience of guests.



On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, both en suite with shower, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.



The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare meals with ease and enjoy moments at home.



On the exterior, the villa has a heated swimming pool powered by solar panels, jacuzzi (additional cost), barbecue area and outdoor dining space, providing relaxing moments and socialising.



Located in a quiet area, Villa Boa Vida offers easy access to beaches, restaurants and shops, making it perfect for a relaxed holiday in the Algarve.



The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Heated swimming pool with solar panels – Please note that during the winter months, the water heating system, powered by solar panels, may not operate with the same efficiency as in summer, due to lower availability of sunlight and lower air temperatures.

Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €400 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival. There are some restrictions for group bookings.

Be careful before you sign up for the jacuzzi use. We had a terrible experience dealing with the agent, Algarve Vacation. They charged182 euro for 7 days of jacuzzi use, but the cleaning person showed up a day and a half late. Although the jacuzzi hasn't been used for a while, he did not replace the water, just took out leaves and put tones of chemicals. After two days gone by, the jacuzzi was not usable because it still had dirt, slimy and smelly. We asked for the refund, but the agent refused. The location of this villa was pretty dull, just residential with some constructions and nothing much in the area compare to the other villas we stayed - Vilamoura, Lagos and Vale do Lobo area.

Villa Boa Vida

Villa Boa Vida is an amazing place to stay. The villa is spacious and comfortable. The view and pool are fantastic. It is an easy 5-10 minute walk to the beach and town, where there are plenty of restaurants and bars. We enjoyed sunsets on the roof in the hot tub. Communication with the agent was excellent, with special mention to Olivia, who was extremely helpful.

This house was PERFECT - 4 couples and 1 child, each had their own room with en suite bathroom. If we had to arrange another family holiday in the future we would absolutely come back here! Absolutely Perfect

We couldn't fault this villa, it's absolutely stunning inside and out. We had the best time, lots of space for everyone and having an ensuite in each bedroom was a huge bonus. The management team were excellent at communicating, especially Olivia, always helpful. Thanks Olivia for making our holiday stress free. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to go back. Nothing to improve, perfect from start to finish.

Very nice but a couple of things would have made stay more enjoyable. We all needed to be careful going up and down stairs as steps all blended together and sometimes difficult to see. Lots of wine glasses but not enough water/drinking glasses. No pot holders. Dishwasher door was difficult to open ended needing a repairman to fix. Hottub wasn't always at proper temperature and patio/pool furniture layout meant stepping over corners of the pool to get around furniture. All minor things but would be helpful to future groups Stephen Spitulski

Tips for future guests

Helpful tips for future guests. Turn heat/air conditioning on 1 hour prior to guests arriving. (it took a long time to warm up on arrival day) More accurate labeling to the light/blind switches. (was very confusing as switches had more than one function) Binder with helpful hints for restaurants and stores in the area. Plastic glasses and dishware for the pool area. (since owner requested no glassware in pool area.) Leave more than one garbage bag per receptical. Leave more user friendly instructions for the spa. (We ended up not using because of this and it would have taken too long to warm up when we wanted to use it.) Dining chairs had buttons on them and some were missing. These needed to be repaired so guest would not damage clothing when using chairs. These are just some small tips that would make our stay even better. Overall a gorgeous property.

Constant Miscommunication

The house itself was good, albeit they cut corners on some things that could have made it more comfortable. There was also funky design decisions (the showers overflowed the bathrooms, the tile was incredibly slick which made kids and even adults walking around wet from pool or hot tub anxiety provoking.) They tried to get more money out of us at every opportunity. Extra beds for our kids were extra money, but they never even arrived even though I have emails saying they would be included. The hot tub was an extra charge, even though it is listed as an amenity. They did not stock any staples like toilet paper, paper towel, laundry detergent, etc, so we had to take time to stock these items. We booked a private chef for our first night who never arrived. So after 24+ hours of travel with 4 young children we were scrambling to get dinner. Apparently the individual was in the hospital, and we truly hope they are ok. But there was no notification until we reached out to ask when they were arriving (an hour after they were supposed to), and the customer service was hardly apologetic, just offered us 50% off at a restaurant they also own and they push at every opportunity. The propane for the BBQ was empty which spoiled another meal we had planned. We had a wonderful trip because we were with dear friends and the area is great however I cannot recommend this house or the service that manages it. The running joke of the trip was how poor the customer service was.

Man muss die Adresse selbst finden.Ausstattung & Informationen: Das Haus war sehr sauber, jedoch gab es außer dem WLAN-Code und einer Beschreibung zur Nutzung der Dunstabzugshaube und des Ofens keine weiteren Anleitungen fĂŒr die Technik oder eine Übersicht ĂŒber das vorhandene Geschirr.KĂŒche: Alle KĂŒchenschranktĂŒren öffnen sich per Druckmechanismus, der offenbar nicht mehr optimal funktioniert – zum Öffnen und Schließen muss man oft mehrmals drĂŒcken. Das dunkle, matte Material der unteren Fronten ist sehr empfindlich: Jede BerĂŒhrung hinterlĂ€sst sichtbare Spuren, was schnell unordentlich wirkt.Reparaturen wĂ€hrend des Aufenthalts:Der Grill funktionierte zunĂ€chst nicht, wurde jedoch nach einem Servicetermin repariert.Der Abwasserschlauch der AußenspĂŒle hatte Löcher und wurde ersetzt.Außenbeleuchtung: Einige Lampen waren defekt. Ein Monteur kam, fuhr los, um neue Lampen zu holen, kehrte aber leider nicht zurĂŒck.Grundausstattung: In einer hochwertigen Villa wĂŒrden wir erwarten, dass grundlegende Dinge vorhanden sind.
